My five star rating here is based on what this property actually is, which is a comfortable, inexpensive hotel in a great location. It’s not the Ritz Carlton. So, to me it receives a 5 star rating. The owner is terrific and is on site most of the time. We had some hurdles because of some local road work, but the owner worked through it with us like a champ. Super comfortable and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great stay.
Good hotel for the money. Great location, close to Pier 39. Good shower, giant bed, a little noisy air conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful in storing our suitcases on the day of departure - a huge plus. Delicious coffee at the reception in the morning. Loved it!
We were really happy with everything here! The room were recently renovated and done nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The location is perfect for walking to the best places, there is even a bike rental down the road. Parking spaces are safe and large - the neighbourhood feels safe even in the evening/early night. The traffic is loud but otherwise we had a perfect stay and were super happy with price/location/parking!
Room has a super big&comfy bed that I love, and was very clean as well. Would definitely stay one more night but they are fully booked. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Has elevator + free parking!!
The room was smelly and dusty, which was disappointing. But it was inexpensive. However, the location is convenient, with bus stops nearby and a few restaurants around. I didn't notice any homeless individuals in the area, and parking is available.
The location is great, staff is attentive and friendly, rooms were clean and recently renovated, but small. It had all that was needed. We arrived early and I called ahead if I can check in and I was allowed, front desk staff was very accommodating. Check-in was at 3pm and we arrived 12ish. Overall our stay was great for the price. Lots of nearby restaurants at walking distance and location has free parking. I give it 4 stars because I was on the second floor and I could hear all the walking from upstairs at night or morning, it was a pain. If you’re a lite sleeper then this hotel is not for you as the street noise and cars driving by can be upsetting to most. I on the other hand can sleep through anything, so I was fine. The other issue I had was a blood stain on the bath tub as you went in. I tried to clean it up and realized it had seeped within a crack. It looks nasty and they should try and fix it. I first thought my room wasn’t cleaned well, but then realized it’s there to stay unless they do a quick fix on it.
Clean, safe, affordable, and super close to most of what we wanted to see. Front desk person was really nice, let us check-in early. Room had a fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is the road noise, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
Hotel is much cleaner than the area would have you believe. Very happy to have stayed here rather than downtown in a room 3x smaller and 3x more expensive. Great service both in the evening and morning. Great coffee and muffins - truly.
HIT is not really my thing, nor is working out just for the sake of working out, but this team is rocking it. They've gotten me to come back more times than I thought I would and that's a credit to their energy and encouragement â¤ï¸ The team has c

The Neighborhood Tour with Lisa was so useful in our search for a home in SF. She listened to all our requests for the characteristics of the property we were looking for, as well as our preferred locations. We knew nothing of the city coming into th
