Giving this place 5 stars because our waitress, Trinity, was excellent! The Bloody Mary's were delicious and so was my Caesar salad. Will definitely be back.

It's very difficult to beat their $5 pizzas. I enjoy going there Monday evenings. However, the wait could be 30-45 minutes all because of their unbelievable $5 Monday pizza deal. Wednesday 70 cent wings are too good to be true. This place is a gem. Good to average food at phenomenal price. I always struggle to spend more than $10 on food each time I visit this place!

My waitress was on top of it! Service was amazing and she was juggling about 6 other tables at the same time. Never had to ask her for anything she beat us to the punch! I got the Monday special pizza and for the price I’m blown away at how good and cheesy it was! Also got the Cobb salad and it was good! They had the football game on and TVs were everywhere so I didn’t miss a beat! Nice environment! I recommend this place to anybody who wants great service, good food!

First Visit on 10/21/23 and my husband and I had a delicious meal, and the staff was over the top. We will definitely go back. We had previously heard good things about The Franchise but now we have experienced it for ourselves. Will be taking our friends there. Thanks for such a great date night meal.

Met my friends there as a last minute replacement for our fantasy football draft a couple of Sundays ago. We had to wait at least 30 minutes between rounds of drinks. I could definitely tell that my food sat for a while before being brought out because my wings were dry and tough and my cheese sticks were lukewarm and not melted inside. It was really hot in there that day and I asked the waitress if she could turn on the ceiling fan above our table. She said she'd have to ask, which I'm guessing was denied because it never got turned on. Waitress was a sweet girl

This establishment is well-kept and well-managed. This is apparent by how clean the facilities are kept, how attentive the servers are, and how delicious the food is. I personally highly recommend the pizza—the portioning is generous and the dish is DELECTABLE! The atmosphere at The Franchise is perfect—the lighting is low, there’s games to play, plenty of space between tables, and tons of sports affiliated decor on the walls to gaze upon. If I were going to have a complaint, there would only be one: the Touch Tunes jukebox has a very limited selection of songs to pay to play. It seems a lot of rap music is unavailable! It’d be nice if this filter turned off after 8pm or something, but it seems to always be present.

I went on a Wednesday and had the wing special and fries. The wings were .35 cents a piece, with a minimum of 4 per flavor. I had Louisiana sweet and hot, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. They all were delicious and I will definitely return to try other things on the menu.

Staff is cool, provided great service. Place is big and a nice atmosphere. The food was on point, has definitely improved since the last time I have been. The Friday steak special is a great deal for a large serving of quality food.
