I would definitely stay there again. Only thing I didn't like is that you cannot have any visitors.

Better than the budget inn cuz they have bed bugs but the carpet was covered with fleas..... My poor son was covered head to toe with bites. Then I was told we couldn't stay there again because we ruined the room! We never asked for room service and even had the common courtesy to clean up before checking out. We are not given back our deposit and treated very rude. Not to come off racist but all the atab hotel owners and managers talk to one another and I believe we were treated like this due to what happened at the budget. If the health inspector knew about either place they would be shut down.

On 11/8 -11/12 we stay at motel the lady was nice we stay room 31 Friday notice my spot on my wrist itching then few days I got broke out few spots went emergency room to find out it was beg bug bites I said I knew it bed was not very good shape and lousy pillows they didnt change sheets at all but new towels no toilet paper extra door was not seal cool air coming thru they should replace new bed mattress as it should . We had go office to ask for soda or ice they won't give us with time limit huh . Price is good that's why I chose but with bed bug not good

They are nosey. Wont allow visitation from anyone including immediate family )kids included). Very nosey. Window lock is broke. There is mold all over the shower. I found a broken drug pipe of some sort on the floor. There is a giant crack in the brick wall leading to the other room that you can actually see light through. Assumed and proven in the eyes of only me(unfortuantely), they touch your things while you arent there. They turn your air off leave a towel and just go on to the next room. It is really not worth the price if you are staying a week or longer. But for the ones who can tolerate it they charge 40 dollars a night plus 10 deposit or 240 a werk with a 20 dollar deposit. I honestly think they may be a little racist as well but we all know how that goes pushing that issue.😞

I've had much better rooms in my travels for what I paid for this place. $10 deposit gets refunded only after returning key, tv remote AND waiting for the room to be inspected. In room phone does not work.

This motel is in a transvitional area in hickory metro.I can only speak of my personal experience .first of all this is not the Radisson hotel,I think the operaters are doing a good job as long as they stay on point.The challeges of opetating a hotel in this location are must be daunting. They have nice cable TV with HBO.i don't mind tube TV's because I can manuver them and I don't have to look up on the wall and lay in bed to watch TV.the rates are in line within the price point situation at this time.the carpet is clean.Some people might be perplexed or offended because of dracanion rules but I believe management is just adapting to the situation at the present time.if you are wanting value and you are not expecting too much you will be fine here.i dealt with female clerk ,she seemed to be owner or manement. She was polite ,but still laying down the rules and they seem draconion but I understand This motel is better then other motel in the price point.in closing I think the operaters have had to be hard line and it could offend guest but it is the reality of the situation.

Not family Friendly people. Good for Hispanic workers.. we were refused while they had vacancy. We had children with us.

The owner let me check in at 6.a.m. Said she would not charge for a extra day- because I was few hours early..The next day she said I owed more or had leave day early.Found drug needle in room.Nothing cleaned well.Felt like she was prejudice against Americans.
