We came here because we are on vacation from California and this place is next level. Marina is just amazing ! Her customer service her kindness and work ethic is unmatched. We had to come back to back days. We sat inside as she treated every customer so kindly and with so much love. She truly was the reason for our back to back visit and another one before we go. Marina thank you for showing us that amazing customer service still exists. There aren’t many workers out there with this kind of work ethic. We love this place and would def come back every single time. Thank you Marina you’re a star ⭐️

Foxtail Coffee brand is very competent. It surely feels like an upgrade from the Starbucks, imho. And priced as such. This particular location at Dr. Phillips is very unique. Demographic of guests resemble Midtown NYC, full of young professionals doing works with their laptops while sipping specialty coffee. So it does not feel like you’re in Dr. Phillips at all. Outdoor seating, on the other hand, certainly feels like you’re in Florida. You get nice breeze from the lake and this makes outdoor seating possible during summer time. Service does get very slow at times unfortunately. And finding seatings for 3+ ppl can be a challenge because many customers staying at the cafe forever with their laptops.

I haven’t been to Foxtail in a little while because I heard management wasn’t respecting people’s pronouns. I hope that is no longer an issue because I stopped in to the Sand Lake location and had one of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. It was the Iced Pumpkin Coconut Chai. They ran out of coconut foam and mixed in coconut milk instead and topped it off with cinnamon and it’s literally the bomb. I highly recommend! Side note it is $7 so beware. Also historically Foxtail Coffee always had my favorite cold brew in town.

This is the second foxtail I’ve been to, it’s very busy compared to my OG in Winter Garden. The coffee is good at this location, I ordered a butter beer cold brew and it was delicious. Service was fairly quick even with a packed shop!

I don’t typically ever write reviews but felt like I should for this one since it seems like it’s somehow gotten mostly very positive reviews on here. The hot vanilla latte I got was trash. Tasted bland and was lukewarm when given to me. When you look at the pictures for this place you see the pics of the designs put at the top of the lattes…based on how mine came out it seemed like the kids working there had no experience in doing so, as you can see in my picture. Seemed like it was 3 kids who were around 18 years old working their first jobs. The ham, egg and Gouda croissant I got was about $7 for one extremely thinly sliced piece of ham and a tiny previously frozen egg which they first gave me without even having any cheese on it. I asked them if that’s how it was supposed to be made and they just looked at each other and said “yeah I guess” and one of the kids just told the other to make me another one. Wish I took a picture of how pitiful this $7 breakfast sandwich was. Between the food, coffee and customer service I’d definitely look elsewhere if you’re looking for a good coffee spot around this area.

anna and caroline took our order at 6:30, we ordered a hot latte with one pump of cinnamon and one pump of sugar free caramel, with an ice chai. the latte was really good but i would like it to be more hot the next time. the chai was good but i feel it needed a little more chai

All the workers here are so welcoming and kind. They make studying here tolerable. Parker makes the best caramel/vanilla lattes with cold foam, needs to be a menu item. Husam is a great worker and will give you all the ice you’ll ask for and makes funny jokes. Ana also makes some of the best lattes and one of the sweetest people. All the workers are always making sure their customers are doing okay and if they need anything. Super friendly staff, def recommend

When heading out on a nerd crawl, fuel is critical. Foxtail Coffee, an Orlando necessity, represents a great start to any nerd crawl. Given that Orlando has a plethora of places to nerd, coffee stops are important.
