My experience with the Four Winds IT team has been great and I wanted to thank you and share my experience. Steven has always been willing and able to jump on a project and work until it was completed. He has been able to smooth things over with the on-site end users which is a rare thing in the IT world to have someone with strong customer service skills. Lastly, I wanted to share that I went on-site a few weeks back to complete an equipment swap at one our new acquisitions. I was joined by Steven and the intern Wes. Both did a phenomenal job and worked very hard to see the job through to completion. One night Steven and I work until past 10:30pm to make sure the network transition was completed, and everything was functioning (we were both exhausted). Like myself Steven was there bright and early to finish the job. I am extremely appreciative of you, your company and your staff and I would be remiss if I didn’t share this with you. As you may be aware the IT world a lot of times is a thankless job, so I like to give thanks where it’s due.
