Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort - Hotel in Golden Oak - 10100 Dream Tree Blvd, USA

Very beautiful resort, very nicely maintained. The service is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Very minute details are taken care of, starting from the app through which you can request room service, towels etc. We were considering an upgrade and the staff took time and showed us the actual rooms vs just talking about the options which helped us to decide easily. I would avoid the rooms facing construction if you have little ones. They are very dusty. This experience made me a fan of Four seasons resorts, I will be staying in them wherever possible!

Fantastic in every way. What stood out was the customer service in terms of every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay the best possible, nothing was to big or hard to do. Thank you so much, I will surely be back! ||The fact staff remembered my name was a beautiful touch, which I always look for at hotels.||i would love to name all the wonderful people that helped us...it was literally everyone! Some names I can remember - Mathew especially and Brian in reception, Fernando and Isobel in the Lobby Bar - all wonderful. ||The kids club was great, and the kids actually wanted to go, which was impressive. They gave the kids bags as we entered, and a nice toy on the bed - lovely treat. ||The pool was great and a nice temperature. The staff ensured we always had cool water as it was very hot.||The gym was excellent and 24 hours which helped me a lot.||The spa was lovely and calming. ||The grounds were beautiful, went for a walk and they were lovely.||Food was very good, they catered to my nutrition very well, as I was on a strict diet when there - thank you for this, it helped me so much. There was a little cafe where you can get take away salads and ice cream - my kids loved the blue birthday cake ice cream!! ||Rooms were beautiful, spacious, and we had a nice view of the fireworks! Gosh the coffee in the room was so nice...deffo recommend the Gusto Crema Blend pods!!||the chat feature on the Four Seasons App was excellent||We usually stay in lovely hotels such as the Jumeriah. etc, however the staff here made me feel wonderful in every way - which is always hard to attribute to one thing in particular, its just the feeling I had while in the hotel - thank you so much.

From the moment we arrived everything was spectacular. The attention that the staff gives to you is unparalleled. The pool staff are top notch, including Jasmine and Isabella. Bartender Colin and server Lani were fabulous. Also the boutique was so lovely. Spa is a ten and the gym was well equipped. The hotel itself is stunning. If you have to come to Disney (lol) then definitely stay here.

We took our children to the Four Seasons for the first time. They loved all of the amenities and how wonderful breakfast was at Ravello. We had a wonderful time, even during Hurricane Debby! Our room was always clean. Our food was cooked beautifully. Our servers were kind and attentive. Even the pool staff killed it with their help and attention. The only issue was how few amenities there were in the spa. That being said, I would return to the spa because I had one of the best trained therapists! Food and service prices were comparable to other deluxe Disney resorts with less guests and more service! Bravo, Four Seasons. See you again real soon!

The best hotel to stay at in the whole Disney/Orlando options. They just celebrated their 10 year anniversary while we stayed there. This weekend happened stands. Place still looks brand new as it’s so well maintained. Had a little quick issue however have to give credit to the manager Doug handled everything very professional. Also to note the Lobby bar staff are awesome and the food is quite good.

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful location - relaxing! When you walk into this hotel you immediately feel relaxed - wide open spaces, tranquil and inviting! The staff are incredibly friendly - just ask as many questions as you like!|Positives: This hotel is neat, clean, cool (especially during the insufferable Florida heat). They are generous with amenities, endless supply of complimentary water in the room, the kids are treated like royalty with a soft toy in the room and little robe. The pool area is lovely and quiet with plenty for the kids. The highlight was the lazy river, water slides and splash area. There is no shortage of things for the kids. The adults can even relax in the kid free zone. No shortage of warm and cold pools for everyone to relax. At night you can see the fireworks from your balcony. There is transport from the hotel to the various Disney resorts throughout the day. Make sure you understand the schedule and departure points (on the first day we didnt know where the bus picks you up). There are serveral dining options, including a small coffee shop that sells ready made snacks, quick meals and ice cream. We were truly sad to leave this hotel as we had a wonderful stay. ||Negatives: Not many negatives. This is an expensive hotel so expect to pay alot for dining. The location to Disney does not give as many perks as an actual Disney hotel but you do get the 30mins extra park access. You dont get extended hours in the parks after hours

Amazing resort with beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were very attentive and took care of us well. The overall ambience was luxurious, made for a relaxing and memorable stay.

What an incredible hotel! I've stayed at hotels all over the world and this hotel is the best I've ever been at. I've also stayed at most of the other Disney resorts as well, which are good, but this one is by far the best. Everything is just top notch there's no other way to say it, five star perfect marks and amazing. I see some of the other reviews saying differently they must be bots or something because honestly this place is just incredible.
