Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole - Resort hotel in Teton Village - 7680 Granite Loop Rd, USA

We were a family of 5 and reserved a 2 bedroom suite. Everything from the arrival process to the room, service was spectacular. The rooms were very large with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bed plus pillows were very comfortable and plush. They also had a kids room and the base service was very helpful. There were assistants who offered struggling guests assistance in renting, putting on gear and also storage for your equipment was taken care of.

Pre-arrange activities and reservations with excellent concierge team. The hotel is right on mountain and assistance with ski and snowboarding is excellent. The food and hospitality is fantastic, rooms and hotel are beautiful, and the service is top shelf. The Spa team is second to none. We have stayed here many times and always had blast!

Our family loved our five days here! The concierge graciously helped with the shipping of skis, arranging for ski school, and reserving ski guides and snowmobiles. It is a perfect ski-in ski-out lodge, very private, and rustically elegant. And according to our two children, the slopes were even more fun than Beaver Creek, where we normally go. We did miss the village atmosphere of Beaver Creek, but we were very satisfied with just iving and dining in the lodge. We'll definitely continue to stay here.|

Went as family of four (kids are ages 10 and almost 9) for four nights over Indigenous People’s Day weekend, and I believe the price of the room was half of what it would have been if we traveled in August. So that’s always nice. Plus, the changing of the leaves more an already scenic place even more magical. We loved the hotel for many reasons. The room we got was big and, therefor, very comfortable. It had a great view of the ski trails / mountains. Bathroom was big with all the amenities. Huge closet for storage. Nice coffee/tea area with new boxed water supplied daily. The lobby was tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful Western-inspired art. We loved have our morning coffee/tea by the fireplace. Kids enjoyed the complimentary s’mores package. We loved pool area and hot tubs— beautiful setting among the Aspen trees which were turning bright yellow. (They were closing down the pool for the season though on our last day!) The restaurants were also both excellent. Finally, we appreciated getting use of the house car, which we used to explore the town of Jackson. I think timing our trip in early October was perfect, as it was not crowded at the hotel and made things easier for us (like use of the car). We also did the Wildlife Safari Tours of Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Booked through concierge but with an outside company. We didn’t ask for a private tour, but they were both private! Plus they were half of the cost of what the concierge was charging. This was the way to go!!

I live in Jackson Wyoming for more then 10 Years ,I provide transportation for many people including Four Seasons costumers , Please be aware and don’t left the host to open your door ,very rude and no empathy to your property !will do a damage and after will pretend cause was broken ,before you to get there! The host break my handle door and after a week of awkward investigation they told me will not gonna help me to cover the damage which is about 500$ including the labor , I did talk with 3 different managers and no one took a fair decision ! 5 years ago ,I was waiting for my clients ,right in the front of the hotel and a piece of ice bigger then 3 feet ,hit my windshield and break it as well ! They quick took decision about this incident ,do not make bad advertising cause they don’t clean the property of snow and special the roof ,be aware and Imagine if that piece of ice will fall in the head of some client,probably can kill someone with no doubt’s about that , Shame for that big and serious corporation and they can’t afford 500$ for the damage what they employer did ,to my private property ,Want to left the name of managers what I discuss :Ryan ,Peter and Sean ,I wish to left the name of the host ,but he never present his self !Rude and rasist,always show attitude if you have an accent! Stop opening the door of private properties, we can provide for free this service ,without to point for tips to the costumers !

Unbelievable! Still in awe while back at home & work but daydreaming about when I will be back. The Beauty of the surrounding area is breathtaking. The resort is equally as beautiful. The service and food -stellar! I really enjoyed the wagu beef locally sourced. It’s like nothing I have ever had. Every staff person we encountered were very friendly. The restaurant staff ran the whole time & still managed to be super! The rooms were perfect & beds extremely comfortable which is a huge plus after all the daily activities. There is so much to do here in the summer, I’ll try the winter next time!

We booked two rooms for a three night stay at the end of August. ||Infallible service as usual. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to text the front desk. ||I've heard a lot of complaints that the property is aged but is a true classic to me. The rooms are sizable, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, each featuring an electric fireplace. The swimming pool and gym could be newer and sleeker but its current state are fitting for a western ski lodge.||We had breakfast every morning at the Westbank Grill (get the breakfast sandwich!) and dinner almost every night at the Ascent Lounge (get the ahi poke nachos!! absolutely to die for. they're not on the menu when we went but the kitchen make it. they use fried wonton strips and top it off with delicious tuna poke and avocado).

The Four Seasons Resort is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. The luxurious rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, providing a perfect sanctuary. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Whether it was lounging by the pool or indulging in spa treatments, every moment was pure bliss. I can't wait to return and experience this paradise again! Highly recommend!
