We love this hotel. It is just a super comfortable, pleasant stay. Rooms are large and well appointed as are the bathrooms. A/C is terrific and beds are super comfortable. The service is top notch all around. We also love the amenities, pools, gym etc. Everything about the Westlake Four Seasons is pleasant and easy. We especially like having access to shops and restaurant choices across the street if we needed something. The one improvement could be the food. Our breakfast was so average although the best thing was the blueberry cornbread item. The rest really bordered on unacceptable. Also had lunch, once again, OK. Food was over seasoned and pasta swimming in sauce. Had the burger and fries, so salty and we like salt! The food is very pricey and should be better as it would be a nice options to not leave hotel to eat when we want. Other than that, this hotel is so fabulous.

From the minute you drop your car with the valet you know you have arrived someplace special. You are greeted by a staff that is anxious to please, the facilities are beautiful and even the coffee shop located right at the entrance is a cut above. ||The front desk staff is highly professional, friendly and we were greeted with chocolate truffle pops and champagne... while our room wasn't ready, the front desk staff made sure we knew where to go and what to do at the hotel while we were waiting. ||The adult pool is reached by walking through the spa and evokes visions of sitting by the pool at a luxurious Mediterranean resort... the staff is attentive, the food excellent (be sure to try the burrata salad) and there are ample lounges with umbrellas on wheels that are easy to relocate and there is always complimentary flavored waters and teas... Endless ice water poolside is one of the best and most appreciated services! ||We were texted and called when our room was ready and it was everything you would expect from a Four Seasons - high ceilings, comfortable bed and a bathroom you wish you had at home! ||The Westlake Village Four Seasons features the biggest spa in the entire Four Seasons chain (yes, worldwide!). It is ideal for hotel guests and has great spa memberships for the upper crust that live in the area :-). The staff is exceeding well trained, aims to please and makes every guest feel welcome. ||All food and drink were excellent! The subtle nuances and innovative recipes at Coin and Candor are truly exceptional! ||If you are into wheat beer, the have a great one made in Moorpark of all places... The brewery is Enegren and, if you love hefeweizen you will be over the moon!||P.S. As long as they have Ember Mugs, you will never have to worry about your coffee or tea getting cold... what a treat, what a great touch!

Qaultiy is an understatement. It was my husband and my first visit to this property and it did not disappoint! The staff is amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We arrived after scuba diving all day, we’ve looked better, to say the least, and felt immediately welcomed. The food and room service was excellent. The grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are calming and comfortable. Highly recommend. We will stay again!

Tyler, our server at the Cove, was a standout star during our visit. His exceptional service and attention to detail ensured that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure that our Lavender Lemondrops were served promptly and tasted absolutely delicious. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and dedication to ensuring our enjoyment truly made a lasting impression on all of us. The ambiance of the Four Seasons provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration. The elegant setting, combined with the exceptional service provided by Tyler and the rest of the staff, created an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that enhanced our overall experience. This was a quick family getaway. The staff is exceptionally professional and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, the gym had great classes, the spa was immaculate, and the pool “cove” was spacious and relaxing! We can’t wait to come again!

My daughter and I came to the spa yesterday for her birthday. Faith at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our massages were great with Carissa and Ashley. The woman’s locker room attendants were so sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed. After our massages, we went to the pool and ordered lunch. The double cheeseburger and fish tacos were so good! Our server Anthony was great. My only complaint is, we heard that Anthony was sent home because it was slow. I had asked him for an iced tea and he never returned with it because he was sent home. It would have been nice if maybe someone came by and let us know he was sent home and they were taking over for him and asked if they could get us anything. All of the pool servers were huddled around the stand near the hotel doors and we were all the way at the other end. I had to flag someone down to get the bill because at that point, we just wanted to leave. It was 90 degrees out and all I wanted was that iced tea. I was out of water as well. The server Kenny who I flagged down, was super nice and apologized that no one took over taking care of us. Whoever manages the pool servers needs to have the original server be able to finish what he’s doing so he can announce his departure and let us know who our new server is, or let the new server know to take over and let the guest know what’s going on. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is immaculate, the staff are all incredibly kind and the rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the main restaurant is great. We will be back!

By far the worst Four Seasons I have ever been to. Everything from the staff to the rooms and spa is beyond disgusting. The spa is incredibly old and run down. Also the spa service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. It's like they don't care at all whatsoever. If you want a legit hotel in the area highly recommend The Westlake Village Inn, at least they are much more friendly and the place is actually nice not a dump.
