I’m obsessed!! One of my new favorite spas in the city! The views of the city really can’t be beat for a spa. You get the views in the bathroom, the relaxation room, and the treatment rooms. The actual service isn’t anything super special. And they offer the crystals and “energies” sorts of treatments which isn’t really my thing, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I went for my birthday and the birthday package is cute. Made me feel special for sure.

Still my favorite Four Seasons, one of their best properties. Not just because it's physically stunning, but because of the outstanding service. They always recognize us as returning guests, upgraded our room, and provided multiple amenities over the course of our 8-night stay. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. When our waiter forgot to put our breakfast order in, he comped our beverages, even though it was actually better for us as we had a late-arriving guest joining us, and we appreciated that they didn't rush us or have a problem with that. Even when I inquired about late checkout on a day I knew they were sold out, instead of just saying no, they apologized that they could only give me an extra half hour. That gracious response speaks volumes to their customer service approach, and makes the guest feel valued. |The location is good, and the house car service is much appreciated. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Philadelphia.

We LOVED this place! It's pricey for sure, but it is worth the experience. I noticed that they have some carpet issues in the hall, but then again it had rained a lot so perhaps the humidity was a factor. We loved everything here. The staff was awesome! We enjoyed the pool area. The views are stunning...

Simply the best hotel in which I have ever stayed. The staff is beyond remarkable. The hotel is beautiful and begins with a Disney like scenic elevator ride to the 60th floor lobby. All of the restaurants are wonderful and do not even get me started on the infinity pool on the 57th floor. Truly you would be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel in the world.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons. For us, it was important that the hotel was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. This is hands down the best view of Philadelphia! We were greeted with some welcome treats upon arrival. The rooms are not the most spacious but have everything you need and more. We spent most of our time exploring the city but make sure you make use of the infinity pool. Housekeeping was timely for most of the days and bonus points, they even brought the most PLUSH dog bed and water/bowls specifically for my pup! There was only an issue one particular day where I was working from the hotel for most of the day and housekeeping didn’t stop by and had to be requested. We had breakfast at JG multiple mornings and highly recommend it. If you’re in a hurry, there’s also a breakfast treat station by the check-in desk for a coffee and a small bite in the mornings OR Vernick has a coffee shop on 1. Hotel staff was on point from start to finish and we won’t be staying anywhere else when we’re back in Philly.

This hotel is up there with the very finest I have ever stayed at.||Paris, London, New York, L.A.... This is not your dad's Four Seasons.||Our room was on the 53rd floor, the views were out of a movie. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and rivers and landmarks. We just stood there like idiots for an hour saying "whoa".||The lobby is on the 60th floor, so it's a flip-flopped hotel which seems more common lately. The elevator you will take to the top of this building is not for the faint at heart.||I say this genuinely in hopes that the hotel will consider it, but for anybody who has even a minor fear of heights, having an elevator with frosted windows would be really great. I overcame my fear years ago, but wow, this definitely got me in the gut, and I was not expecting it.||Pool is phenomenal, food is great, odd selection of beverages (no whole milk, tiny juice selection). Great electronics and WiFi. Great service, friendly staff. We were a family of 4, 2 little ones and myself and my wife. We felt very welcome with the kids, and they were thoughtful about when the "no kids" hours are the pool. As both a dad and an adult who sometimes likes to escape to quiet, they made good choices.||Truly deserving of 5 stars. Whether you are an old money Silver Spur or a new money Tesla, you'll love it here. Just go.

Five-star hotel with Five-star customer service. I recently visited The Four Seasons for dinner with a friend. Our experience was great, the waiter was superb. His drink and food suggestions were phenomenal. After dinner, unfortunately we ran into an issue at valet. I won’t go into details about what the issue. But, I will say the Night Manager Kris Cam and the staff working the night of 6/28/24 overall kindness and professionalism were outstanding. Kris and his team were very accommodating to us while they worked to find a solution to the random incident we experienced. Kris and his team’s ability to come together and work together took things over the top for me. The Four Seasons staff specifically the team working the night of 6/28/24 deserves to be highlighted in a review. Thank you!

It's a new property (2019), so things are in great working order. The lighting system in-room is excellent. The views are stunning (love the ride to the lobby), the restaurant is good. The staff is top-notch, if a little reserved for my taste.|In a pretty decent area as well.
