Just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and we always felt that the hotel took the extra steps to make our stay feel very personal. The room was beautiful and set up impeccably (diaper pail, little stool for my kids to use to stand on to brush their teeth, children’s cosmetics, water, bottle warmer, snacks etc). The staff who work at the front door were so friendly and always helped us with our bags and strollers getting in and out of the car (special shout out to Joseph who always took extra time to chat). The staff who worked at the front desk and management always greeted us with a smile and took the time to chat with us as well. We loved having breakfast at one + one in the hotel every morning, the menu was great and the staff were beyond kind and on top of our orders (Cindy, Victor, Morgan, Blake, etc) truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed every morning. The hotel amenities were great (particularly the gym and pool). We have stayed at many four seasons properties but this one truly stands out for exceptional service and attention to detail. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend this incredible hotel in a perfect location.

First time at this property and first time in Boston. Had a great stay. The staff are top notch and make you feel welcomed. Our room was amazing, as expected with Four Seasons. Clean rooms and comfortable beds The let down was there was no bathtub. A long soak after walking all day around town would have been great. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it in the evenings to relax. |The location of this hotel in the back bay is very convenient and there are lots of places to eat and shop at within walking distance. The free shuttle from the airport to the shopping center across the street was super easy to use and convenient. The subway station was just a block or two away and was also great to get into downtown.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston for two nights in July, and it was an excellent experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the modern, luxurious lobby, everything set the tone for a great stay. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the Boston skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries. We loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel’s location in the Back Bay area was ideal for exploring Boston, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location made for a memorable stay. We highly recommend the Four Seasons One Dalton and look forward to returning. We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend in Boston. All of the staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. We were attending a few Red Sox games during our visit and it was only about a 15 minute walk to Fenway from the hotel. The breakfast at the local restaurant was included with our stay and was good. I probably wouldn’t have paid that price for the food if it wasn’t included, especially with so many other options within a short walking distance. The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff delivered world-class hospitality. Highly recommend!

The hotel is relatively new and is very well maintained. We have stayed in One Dalton since its very first month of operation. If you like modern interiors, service with a smile, clean gorgeous rooms and the most helpful doormen you are in the right place! Fitness and pool are great and spa which I have used in previous visits is fantastic. Rooms vary in views but I think the room categories are quite well described. I wish FS somehow will finally have a loyalty program to acknowledge repeat guests.

I cant thank the staff enough for making my stay so memorable. From the moment I stepped in, I was treated wt utmost respect & felt so welcomed! Entire front desk so amazing & helpful! This Four Seasons is absolutely amazing! Staff and quality of service from arrival to departure were outstanding. I used the concierge ahead of our arrival to plan activities, tour guide, transportation and dinners. Every detail was perfectly planned. We used in-room dining for breakfast and late night snacks. Our food arrived promptly and was delivered with a smile. Overall, the staff is exceptionally personable, efficient and attentive to every detail.

Recent business visit and my family joined. Staff were highly professional and accommodating, small details were all the difference from remembering names, being polite, cordial and welcoming. Solid experience was from all staff we encountered, valet, check in, house keeping, spa, lounge, and management. Made a routine stay, special. Highly recommend.
