My biggest regret was not booking more days. The room was extremely clean which was something I was worried about since the hospitality business isn't doing too well thank you so much to the housekeepers for constantly cleaning and asking if we needed anything. I love how everything was white so you could see any stains or signs of parasites. My biggest red flag is when hotels have dark colored sheets and low lighting but not at the Four seasons they have bright lighting and all white sheets when you walk in. There was no stains or signs of parasites. Outside of the cleanliness, the staff was extremely kind and helped with every question. They always had cold water on hand, for us. The staff made everything 10/10. The view for a Strip-View Room with king bed is amazing, so beautiful. It always felt surreal coming back to this view. Overall, I think this place is worth the price. It's a non-smoking building so you don't come out smelling disgusting like cigarettes. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, housekeeping is doing an extremely job.

Excellent Hotel. Nicely Separated from heavy casino traffic, pool near Veranda Restaurant quiet, private, protected from direct sun, small but important plus for lounging poolside in hot summer hours. Hotel not overwhelmed by, but connect to casino via access through private floor entrance to Mandalay Bay. Rooms well designed, service top notch. Restaurants great quality. Is it expensive? Yes, but it’s a great choice for the discriminating, high-dollar traveler who sees gambling as simply one of many curiosities for coming to or driving through Las Vegas.

Stayed for two nights at the end of July. The Rooms were updated, large, and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly, from the front desk to the shops, spa, and pool. We enjoyed returning to our room to find nice little touches from the cleaning crew. The exercise room is well equipped and probably the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever been inside. Also, I was very grateful to receive a lower rate on my room at checkin, having noticed that rates were nearly half of what i had paid when booking the reservation six weeks prior. It was nice to have access to the Mandalay Bay pools, but they were overcrowded to the point that it was uncomfortable - The lazy river wasn’t even moving, it was so full of people! So it was very nice to come back to the quiet and relaxing four seasons pool. If you do wander to the Mandalay Bay pools, we were told that the four seasons has floats for the lazy river for guests to borrow so you can avoid spending $35/float. The only low point we experienced was that the umbrellas at the pool were lowered in the middle of the afternoon due to occasional wind. My Irish friend could not handle the sun, so we weren’t able to spend as much time at the pool as we had wanted or planned. I understand the circumstances but surely there are umbrellas out there that can better handle wind, and a 5-star hotel in Vegas can offer pool-side shade to their guests in middle of summer. Overall, i would definitely return. It’s a great escape from the chaos that is the Vegas strip, an adult oasis in the desert.

Room was excellent. Peaceful hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly especially Carlos in the spa. We ate twice at Veranda restaurant with excellent service and food. I thought it was good for what we got and will definitely return. It’s close to the airport so Kevin is not a big expense. There is a McDonald’s across the street so if you want reasonably price coffee, you can cross the street and avoid the charge in the lobby, which was not cheap. But all in all we loved it.

Four Seasons epitomizes luxury and impeccable service. The elegant rooms, world-class amenities, and attention to detail create an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, the staff anticipates your every need, ensuring a seamless and personalized stay. While it comes at a premium price, the Four Seasons delivers an unparalleled level of luxury and comfort, making it a top choice for discerning travelers.

Wonderful time in the heart of Las Vegas. Nice to have a hotel without a casino where you can escape. Its private and personal, but by walking down one hallway, you can connect to several other casino hotels. Impeccable service and great food.

The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is a place that always makes me feel at home. I love their elegant facilities and the incredibly comfortable beds that ensure a restful stay. The overall ambiance is soothing and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a disappointing experience at the spa. Despite personally making a reservation for my massage, the spa's organization was chaotic. They somehow lost my appointment, which caused a significant disruption to my planned day. It was quite frustrating and stressful having to rearrange my schedule at the last minute. Thankfully, the staff managed to find another available slot close to my preferred time, which helped salvage the situation. Despite this issue, the quality of service and the comforting atmosphere of the hotel itself remain commendable. The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas continues to be a place where I enjoy staying, but I hope they improve their spa's organization to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Well here goes, I waited until I returned home to do this review. We've been longtime FSH clients, been to numerous FS over a span of ten years or so, always faithful to the brand. Living in Las Vegas, we'd spend every other weekend throughout the year at this location for the luxury, fabulous food and service. Well those days are apparently over, after eight nights in a studio suite (booked on points, couldn't cancel) at this location, we won't be returning. First off, since they've gotten into the mattress selling biz, they've downgraded their mattresses to make a profit. Their 'plush top' was like sleeping on concrete. I had to jimmyrig it with Euro pillows, it still was hard as a rock. The rooms are no longer luxurious, they are cold with a touch of communist grey. The food is fine, but you pay top dollar for just fine. We spent the majority of time at the pool, but it's changed in just a year as well. Seems they are really going for the whole DEl thing, hard.||They give off a vibe that's uninviting towards to vacationers, more geared towards the DEI/ESG worker bees. And we refuse to partake in their 'wokeness' with their teeny tiny cartons of water. The cans sucked, the the cartons of water are just as awful. Figi anyone? We'd been planning on a vacation to the FS Maui or Lanai, but nope, can't imagine after what we've just experienced. Goodbye Four Seasons, it was nice knowing you.
