If you ever have the pleasure to stay at the Four Seasons Surfside, do yourself a favor. It offers more than a hotel experience. It's classy, tasteful and an awesome place to stay. I travel a good deal for business and decided to splurge for an end of summer beach trip. I wasn't expecting to find such a place. The food, service, room, beach, pool and employees were just excellent. You don't find this type of hotel property very often. The food is just excellent! The atmosphere is so relaxed, and the service is just impeccable. They even had a gentleman with white gloves on opening the door for guests going from the lobby to the outdoor areas! Talk about elegant! ||Again, do yourself a favor and go to this property.

Staying at Four Seasons was excellence in motion from the beginning during check-in to the restaurants, hotel amenities and flawless hospitality. A special thank you to Jonny Vasquez, Concierge Supervisor, who made our visit memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and loved our experience.

Well, I had great expectations of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, but it turned out to be a nightmare. From the moment of arrival, the unprofessionalism level and rudeness of the personnel were simply overwhelming. The check-in process was a disaster with an attitude totally careless towards the clients—just awful. The room itself was in shambles. It wasn't clean at all; the bathroom smelled really bad. Cleanliness and attention to detail were expected at a luxury hotel, but were absolutely lacking. The construction noise next door was overwhelming, and relaxation or a good night of sleep was quite impossible. The restaurant had very overpriced food of poor quality at best. To top it off, the service was slow and grossly inattentive. I must say that all the great reviews for this place must be because my experience was nothing like any of those describe. Save your money and stay elsewhere

A top tier Thomas Keller restaurant located in the historic and elegant Surf Club (as part of the gorgeous, modern Four Seasons hotel and residences), The Surf Club Restaurant is a nod to old world elegance and traditional fine dining.|Ambience, food, drink, and service are all exceptional. On this recent visit we enjoyed:|Excellent cocktails (Margarita, & Brown Derby)|Crab cake appetizer - delicious |Sea bass entree - perfectly prepared |NY Strip steak (a Wagyu - Black Angus hybrid) - among the MOST DELICIOUS steaks I’ve ever had!|Summer Squash - delicious veggie side dish |Steak Fries - MUST TRY yummy!|Layered Chocolate Cake - fantastic |House Ice Cream scoops - PHENOMENAL |Dinner at The Surf Club is certainly a treat (ideal for “special” or any other occasion). We certainly look forward to returning!!

Wonderful trip with welcoming and professional staff who went above and beyond for us as a family. ||We traveled with our infant son, and the entire staff made us feel right at home even going to pick up baby supplies that were lost when we had to rebook due to weather. ||Truly five star service at the Surf Club, and we can’t wait to return!

I had high expectations regarding the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, but it didn't turn into a nightmare. From the moment of my arrival, I was met by a reckless, littering staff that just didn't care. Check-in was a disaster, and they did not care about their guests. The building was a shambles, dirty, and smelled awful in the bathroom. For a luxury hotel, I expected some sort of discount on the cleanliness and details, but it was just completely nonexistent. Unbearable construction noise nearby made rest or sleep impossible. The food at the restaurant was way too overpriced for substandard quality at best. More than anything, the service was extremely slow and non-responsive. I think all of the good reviews about this place must have been faked because I did not have that experience here.

My recent stay at Surf Club was spectacular. Yes, the grounds are immaculate, the hotel beautifully decorated, and the rooms well appointed. However, what made our stay so incredible was the Surf Club team. The staff here embodies luxury hospitality as it should be- refined and anticipatory while still warm and genuine. The team’s pride for their craft was palpable in our interactions with them. Be it at the front desk, in the restaurant, or at the pool, each member of the team truly showed us that they cared. ||Congratulations to the Surf Club team for reminding us what hospitality looks like at its highest level.

Amazing place to stay at! Wish I stayed for longer!! Highly recommend! |Everything was perfect! From front desk/housekeeping( turndown/runner of the night)/room in dinning/ cleansers that took out the stain on my best friends white Jacket!! / pool area!/ door bell men/ wine area helped us open up our wine bottle/| would definitely come back again!
