Four Points by Sheraton Williston - Hotel in Williston - 7115 2nd Ave W, USA

We were hesitant at first due to mixed reviews. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Attractive lobby. Tiffany was super helpful at checkin. The room was very good - spacious, quiet, in great condition. Very hot shower. Breakfast was good. We don’t use pool, laundry or exercise room so can’t speak to those. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

It is called a Sheraton but has none of the qualities. We checked in after a long day around 22:00. The check-in was not smooth at all as I was asked for an authorization code for my credit card. After waiting 30 minutes the issue seemed to die a natural death. My only request was for a fork and spoon. The staff reluctantly gave me a spoon but insisted that it be returned. Door lock did not function. Bathroom door is warped and broken. Bad odour on forth floor. Go somewhere else.

TRAVELERS BEWARE. This isn't the first time I've had trouble at this hotel but it will be the last. So, I booked this hotel Long in advance to ensure my business trip was smooth. I showed up and was declined my check in because it was over booked. Ok sometimes I can understand that. They claimed they contacted the agent I booked with, never happened. They claimed that they refunded my 407$ never happened. It is September 1st. The agent says they have been trying to contact the manager but can't fund that person. The hotel says they will refund it but won't call the agent.

Be careful when booking a Marriott stay! They charged me $1500 for a stay that NEVER HAPPENED! The customer reps all say there is nothing they can do even though I have been a loyalty member for years! If you cancel with over a week's notice that is no longer seen as enough time and they feel it is fine to charge you for the entire reservation! Sad days for loyalty members at Marriott!

This place honestly depresses me. I first stayed here a few years ago, and it quickly became my go to place to stay with a nice bar, a good menu to order dinner off of, decent breakfast, a large pool, you name it. Flash forward a few years to today, and the bar is shut down due to no liquor license, they can't keep staff long enough to reopen the kitchen for dinner and even sometimes breakfast, the gym is filthy, tiny and overlooked, and the pool has not been in operation for a few years now. The last two trips, the laundry room equipment has also been out of service. Over the last few years I have watched the slow death of my favorite hotel in Williston and on this trip, decided it was time to find a new spot. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I tried to call when I was on my way into town, and they wouldn't even answer the phone. I also learned they now charge 22 dollars (!!!!!) for breakfast that used to be free. The only good thing left at Four Points is the staff. The staff has always been great, though outside of a few, it's been a revolving door of faces the last few years. But I've never had anything but stellar service from them. I really hope the owner either turns it around, or sells it to someone that cares and isn't just riding a dying horse into the ground, sucking every single dollar they can out of it until its inevitable death.

I'm here for work. I forgot my laundry detergent, and I've been up since 2am and need to do a quick load of laundry. It is snowing, and I'm exhausted. Tiffany came to my rescue she went above and beyond to help me. She has super good customer service, and not many young people have that work ethic. Thank you, Tiffany, for your kindness. You deserve a raise. I would like to thank Amber also. We left an ear bud behind an expensive one. Amber was so sweet and understood that I would not be able to turn back to get it. She offered to put it in the mail to send it to me in Colorado. Amber both you and Tiffany amazed me. I travel alot for work and it's very rare to find great customer service. Thank you both so much. I really hope your management reads this. Raises are deserved 👏.

I spend at least one week a month in Williston for work. Allowing me the opportunity to try out the majority of the hotels in Williston at least once. I can say without a doubt. The Four Points is by far the best you are going to get. The wifi is screaming fast, it’s clean, comfortable, rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. To top it off the staff is extremely friendly.

Kitchen rooms have no dishes so, what’s the point? I stayed 3 weeks there I had to request my sheets be changed. They finally did after 3 days of negotiating. I don’t recommend this place
