Just stayed here with my family. The staff at this hotel is very kind and courteous. The hotel and room was super clean and modern. The breakfast was the best part, made to order at the breakfast bar. The lady that took our order and made the food was really amazing and helped customize my omelet per my diet restrictions. Over all very nice stay and will stay again don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews at all ?

Posting this from my own experience. I am not trying to hurt or smear this hotel. But.. Pretty sure this is a beg bug. I’m not sure. Posted this for you to get your own conclusion to what this was.. Staff wasn’t helpful, they wouldn’t cancel reservation, the location isn’t the greatest and rooms aren’t the best. The shower only had like-warm water temp. They couldn’t fix it. Certain tv channels (that had the best shows) didn’t work. List goes on and on. I stayed here 2 different times in the same month. Only good thing was the AC works great

I recently stayed at Four Points due to my apartment flooding. It was a rough week, made worse by my insurance insisting on approving my stays day by day, often late in the evening. This meant I had to check in and out frequently, and as someone working night shifts, I was already sleep-deprived. Despite these challenges, the entire staff was incredibly sweet and genuine. They were patient with me as we waited for approval each day and did their best to accommodate my needs. The bar downstairs and the breakfast service were very convenient, allowing me to maximize my precious sleep hours. Housekeeping was also very considerate, letting me sleep undisturbed. Overall, it's a great place filled with even better people!

During my stay I had my do no disturb sign put up on the door. House keeping came in anyway, stripped the bed and didn’t remake it. During this they also took a personal item that was on the bed and couldn’t find it. This personal item is irreplaceable and something I had for 20+ years. When we arrived back at our hotel to find an unmade bed at 9pm and house keeping was gone. Remaking the bed ourselves was fine but the fact this item is gone and there was no follow up on it is really disheartening. The do not disturb sign is for reasons exactly like this, yet it was completely passed up. Mistakes happen but I genuinely don’t understand how the item is no where to be found in the hotel now. A month has passed and still no response, it obviously will not be returned.

I booked the hotel through Travelocity, so I didn’t look at the google reviews until after I booked and the booking was non refundable, so I was really worried. I’m happy to say my 3 night stay went well with no incidents. Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, and room was clean. I traveled with my wife and toddler, and the room was good for what we needed it for. There were a few issues that didn’t bother me that much. With a toddler, there was only a shower, no bath, which just made bathing a little more difficult. Also the location had some sketchy people wandering around, like at the Walgreens close by. When I had to pick up some stuff I forgot to bring, my wife and son were in the car and some guy tweaking out came up to the car a few times and looked into the window. Had no incidents at the hotel or the hotel parking lot, so just avoid the stores near the hotel. They clean rooms every other day, so my room was only cleaned once, which is fine, I have no issues with that. There was a fridge, but no microwave, so be aware if you have something you want to heat up. There is one vent above the shower with no fan, so bathroom may stay steamy for a bit after a shower. There is a bar and grill downstairs that’s open from 5-10, and breakfast is ordered and brought to you. The hotel is minutes away from the zoo, a few museums, and Old Market, so there’s lots to do around the hotel. For the price of the rooms, I felt like I got what I wanted out of this hotel.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The view from the widow was awesome! The restaurant was super nice as well. I recommend this hotel to any who travels to Omaha.

Our recent stay at this hotel during the College World Series was deeply disappointing. Despite its high cost, the service and amenities did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic as the staff could not locate our prepaid reservation, resulting in significant frustration. The overall treatment we received was disrespectful, and we were forced to handle most issues independently. The only saving grace was a customer service representative who eventually secured our room. Additionally, excessive noise in the corridors further degraded our experience. Given these issues, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

After driving for over 18 hours, arrived at the hotel at midnight to be told that my room was ready and it was being cleaned still. When I asked the guy at the counter why it wasn’t ready he proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and like a child. I went out to my truck to wait for the room to be ready and one of the other employees came out and informed me that she did have a room but it wasn’t the size bed that I had reserved. That was perfectly fine with me considering I am only staying for the night and at this point I was exhausted from driving all day.
