Four Points by Sheraton Melville Long Island - Hotel in Plainview - 333 S Service Rd, USA

We were glad to find such a modern, attractive, and welcoming hotel in a good location, at a reasonable price (for suburban Long Island). Access and parking were easy, at least coming from the west, as we were; and the front desk person was professional but friendly. The guest room was spacious, attractive, and well equipped, and the bathroom was one of the very few we found in recent travels that had adequate shelf space, aside from good fixtures. There were reasonably priced drink machines, and an ice machine, on the hall - courteously placed behind louver doors to minmize noise - and good coffee in the lobby. We did not make use of the breakfast buffet, as we had other plans, but at a minimum could see that it was a pleasant environment. We would definitely stay again.

The professionalism displayed by the staff is outstanding, and their work ethic is truly impressive and remarkable. My sister and I shared a room at this hotel last week and it was perfect. First the front desk ladies made it easy and fast to check in. The lunch is amazing and the chicken wings are the best I have tasted in awhile. The barmaid Adriana welcomed us immediately suggesting relaxing cocktails. She is most friendly. Then we had breakfast the following morning and what a western omelette I had. Clifton is an amazing chef. His smile and attitude puts a smile on your face immediately. Extremely friendly and always had a moment to wish us a good day. I would recommend this place anytime. One thing though the toilets need to be changed out. They are much too low. But all in all great place, rooms are clean and people are wonderful.

We were staying with family for a few days! The place is next to the highway and we were a bit worried when we arrived. But the staff were super friendly! I noticed that the gardener who was watering the plants noticed that the old man was pulling his suitcase, came running and lifted the suitcase around the hose so that the old couple would not fall down. The front staff were super helpful taking care of our needs! We had an excellent breakfast each day made by Clifton! My children loved him as he made them very happy with his special waffles and he made sure we all had a happy healthy breakfast! We also had dinner in the restaurant and Adriana was super friendly, helpful and made sure we had a good time at Four points! Children loved the pool. The property is well maintained and the gym is very nice and well equipped with essentials! The coffee and water in the as you enter from outside is an added plus!

Spent an amazing week at the Four Points while visiting family. Friendly and efficient staff, especially Adriana who was most kind. The rooms are large and well appointed. The Cleaning Staff was wonderful. Bonus pool as well. The morning buffet breakfast met all needs, and if not the chef was on hand to do made to order. Will be back!

The room is very nice and clean. The staff is polite and respectful. There are a few minor inconveniences like the bathroom door squeaking loudly and closes by itself. Blackout curtains didn’t close all the way partially because the ac keeps blowing them apart. TV is big and new (65 or 75 inches). It’s a comfortable quiet room and the hotel is relatively new. |Would recommend for all types of travelers.

Visiting family back home and chose this hotel based on price and location - and I’m glad I did. I’ve been staying in Marriott properties primarily for business for well over twenty years and this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. Hyper-helpful and friendly staff - especially Clifton in the restaurant; I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism, can-do attitude, and the food he made us. I made sure to seek out the GM to let her know about him as well. For me - personally - the only thing that would make this property absolutely perfect would be the addition of Tesla chargers. Hotels with EV chargers are sorely lacking on Long Island, and this would be a great way to differentiate this property from others. As it is, it is located near a Supercharger, but nothing beats on-property chargers. Rooms are well appointed and clean, and the jet tub in our room was a VERY welcome end to a long day in the car. To my fellow Bonvoy members, put this property on your radar!

Good, clean, well-run hotel, in a convenient location and at a competitive price for central Long Island. The building is modern and attractive, and easy to find and access from the Long Island Expressway at Brush Hollow Road. Pretty good coffee available in the lobby, and drink vending machines on our floor at reasonable prices for a hotel. Front desk service was efficient and pleasant. Our room was large and comfortable, with no suprises. Air conditioning was efficient and quieter than we often experience.
