Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown - Hotel in Little Rock - 925 S University Ave, USA

Free transportation anywhere within five miles of the hotel. We had a driver that was kind enough to stop by an old college and took photos for us. ||The manager seemed never to go home. She was so nice. My son and his family were coming in the next day and the manager set up his room so there would be no issue as his father would not be there for his arrival.||Another employee saw me with my camera, waiting for my son and grand babies to come in from the airport on the shuttle. She offered to videotape them when they saw me. That was above and beyond customer service. There are many more examples but you get the picture! Absolutely better than the Four Points San Diego!

The lobby area and bar were nice. A welcoming open concept. However the hallways to the rooms and the rooms themselves reminded me of a dimly lit corridor straight out of a horror movie. The decor was retro and reminiscent of the 80’s. The colors darkened the rooms and the hallways and were uninviting. The crown molding in my room was two different sizes and poorly installed with a very obvious seam poorly concealed with an excessive amount of caulk. The room was clean and comfortable except for that. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and there was mildew/mold on the shower tile. Dinner at the bar was good and the bartender was a rockstar. Breakfast the next morning was reminiscent of cold elementary school cafeteria food. It served its s purpose only. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. They responded promptly to the issues I raised. Overall this is a hotel past its prime in need of TLC and a renovation team to modernize it.

Stayed one night with wife and family to attend funeral nearby. We got together in the bar/restaurant. Jesse was an amazing bar tender/server. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Good value. Pool looked nice and refreshing but didn’t have time to get in.

BED BUGS!! This place is absolutely disgusting with bed bugs! I was in the room for 6 mins before I started to inch. Right after finding stains on the sheets, no remote to the TV, horrible smell in the room. It’s Thursday night. I stayed here Tuesday night. I’m still itching. DO NOT come here

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every single person who walks past your door. The person in the room next to mine spent 25 minutes blow drying their hair at 7am and I heard it the entire time. The breakfast costs $10 and was horrible quality. I set my plate down and left and went to chick fil an instead. They had no plates or silverware and no coffee. I had to wait for almost 5 minutes to even receive a plate. They had a silent auction going on and we wanted to bid on a photo but it was the only photo with no paper and they told us several times they’d find it and set it out. We stayed there for over 48 hours and they never set the paper out despite us asking more than once. Staff was nice and the location was convenient for what we were in Little Rock to do but we will not be staying again.

If you book through a third party, when you check in make sure you don't get billed twice. With the money we paid, we should have been given a suite! Our stay wasn't quiet. The shuttle bus driver was wonderful and the cafe staff too.

The staff earned all 5 stars. From the jump, Destiny & Bobbie helped me with reservations for me and my family. Chef Ray and Cali were so attentive to making sure breakfast was good. Then Jessica (oh Jessica) who made my evenings so much better with just the right cocktail to help me unwind. The entire staff was AMAZING!

This was just a stay. I was not pleased at all. Our rooms were not up to par at all. The beds had stained sheets and hair all in them. We did request new sheets and pillows for both rooms. My sister had a roach on her wall and there was another in the hall way. The rooms are dated and smelled very stale (old, dingy, cigarettes, weed).
