The staff her are very kind and helpful. They Greet you with a smile and go out of there way to make your stay with them a pleasant one. The rooms are clean and well stocked. They have a modern feel with beautiful bathrooms and nice comfy beds. All of the public amenities work properly and are clean. The fitness room is amazing. Great equipment and also clean. This hotel is in a great spot not too far from the highway and within 10-15 mins of almost anything you could want, But not so close you hear cars in your room. Over all a great place to stay. Thank you guys for a great visit.

Scheduled a stay late in the evening after a long day of traveling. Front desk staff was very accommodating and sent us on our way to get some well-needed rest. The next morning, chef Jonathan went out of his way to make my wife and I breakfast even though breakfast had officially ended. We’d traveled to 6 different Marriott properties from TX to MN in the week prior and Jonathan’s breakfast was SO MUCH better than any of the other properties we’d stayed during this trip. Thanks for making our last stop the best yet, Jonathan!

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and had wonderful customer service. Restaurant food was good and convenient. Wish they had coffee out all day for guests to enjoy, but it was only available in the morning. The room was clean, but a tad small. Our lock would get stuck, so we had to make sure the door would shut properly every time we left and came in. Laundry room was convenient and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is awesome. Freshly cleaned rooms, great lobby area, Staff very friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks at the bar. Nice big patio area to enjoy with comfortable furniture. Breakfast staff is awesome. I am a motorcoach operator and every morning the gentleman who runs the breakfast bar would come out to the bus and make sure I had breakfast to go so I could get my team where they were going on time. It was very thoughtful of him and he went above and beyond to make sure I was fed. For that I was very thankful. Beds are comfortable, only complaint I would have is there are 4 pillows and they are all very soft, almost flat but that's just a preference more so than a complaint. I prefer the option of 2 soft and 2 firm. Overall, great experience and I would gladly stay again!

Great stay! Comfortable and clean room. We did have the breakfast one morning. It was good. It was $10 an adult but if we had decided to go somewhere else we would have easily paid that. It was plenty for us. All the staff we met was very friendly. Probably the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely consider staying again.

The hotel staff was great. The location was great. I wish the mini fridge was a little bigger. The best was main Chef. He was great with the adults and kids. He went so above and beyond. Made sure the kids had food even earlier than normal before games in the morning. He’s the GOAT!!!

Very clean hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location. Multiple restaurants and a convenient store all within walking distance. Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and well mannered as well. Special shout out to John who works the kitchen in the morning. He was very accommodating and one of the nicest human beings I have ever met!

Was told that there would be breakfast when we checked in. We went for breakfast the next morning, and were charged $10 each, after we sat down to eat a very mediocre buffet. No mention of the charges beforehand, whatsoever! Other than that, it was a very clean and pleasant stay.
