I had the best experience there Father’s Day weekend 2024. From pulling into the parking lot to checking out. Not sure of the maintenance guys name but I was early arriving and asked if I could park and go to the bar while I waited for check in. He said yes and also gave me a free drink pass. Check in was great with Debbie I think was her name. I experienced great service with David at the bar. Rooms were nice and just had an overall great experience. It will be my forever place to stay when in that area. Thanks to the whole staff for great service.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this hotel! We had never stayed in this area and we are very happy with our stay. We were able to get early check in which was appreciated with our flight getting in early. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very kind. The rooms were super clean and modern. We were able to get a room close to the bar/beach/pool which was super fun. The grounds and room were very clean. All the amenities were great. Bar and pool on the beach was so fun. The breakfast was worth it to add to your nightly price. Very convenient and many options. Would 100% stay here again.

Traveled here for a small family vacation was very pleased with our stay. Very family friendly close to the beach. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. Clean rooms and very relaxing atmosphere. It was also nice to see security on the property I believe his name was Keith was very professional looking and helpful definitely made us feel a little safer during our stay. We will definitely stay here again for sure.

I was a little leary of my stay due to some of the reviews I had read. I almost changed directions on my stay but decided to take my chances due to location. I was met at check in by Ramsey who provided an amazing warm welcome and great first impression. I was in the building facing the water. Wow. The view was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised to see my room appeared to be recently renovated. The location is second to none. The room and most importantly the warm welcome and superior customer service from Ramsey at the front desk completely made me thrilled that I did NOT change my plans. Thanks so much.

We stayed right on the beach and my wife and kids loved this place! Nice swimming pool and hot tub. The Pizza we ordered from the bar was 5 stars alone not to mention the bartender Felicia Beers is now my favorite bartender of all time! Felicia was on top of her mix drink game. The best hands down margarita I've ever had. Hats off to Felicia 5 star! You guys can think me later guaranteed 4 points by Sheraton does not disappoint!!!

Long review, but want to be honest about how much we enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the beach tower. Parking was easy and the elevator was fine. We took the stairs often because we were on the 1st floor above the parking garage. Rooms - honestly surprised at how well the rooms were cleaned. You know when you go to the beach the room floors always feel gritty from the sand? Well these floors were very well maintained. We did have a tiny issue with the bedding but called maintained and it was resolved. (The fitted sheet kept coming undone from the mattress.) Front Desk - most of the staff were knowledgeable about the hotel and even offered suggestions. Bonus points for the young man who didn't know an answer and asked another staff member instead of just saying IDK. Bar - we spent more money here than we thought we would. The food is reasonably priced and delicious!!! We kept finding ourselves buying lunch or letting our kids purchase extra food/drinks. They are quick too! Breakfast - This is one of the better hotel breakfast bars we have had BUT in no way would I think its worth the $20. You can order from a menu for less. Because of some perk through my husband's job we were able to have free breakfast. Pools - well maintained and had plenty of seating Beach - the hotel does offer chairs and umbrellas for rent. We did not rent because we had our own tent. I was VERY VERY pleased that the open beach area for tents was close to the walkway. At other resorts we had to walk way past the chairs for open space for the tent to be close to the water. This hotel has a closer open area for tents/umbrellas to be used close to the water and the hotel access. 100% will be visiting again!

I am a Director of Sales with Marriott. Initially I booked this location for my son and I for his final vacation withe me prior to graduating from college this December. I paid in advance and then saw some very negative reviews. Our experience was absolutely great! Ramsey at the Front Desk was great and very helpful on arrival, our room was clean, balcony great. We had lunch at the Upper Deck Bar on Tuesday. The cook, Julien was great, Bar Manager, Alex, very nice and accommodating. On Wednesday, David, our Bartender also great. We did not use the pools because we like the beach. Great location, many walkable restaurants and bars. We would definitely go back. We had a great time!
