My Family and I spent four nights at the Four Points Cocoa Beach after coming off a cruise and truly enjoyed our experience. Upon check in we were greeted by Jim from reception. He was lovely and accommodating and was an absolute treasure throughout our stay! We spoke several times with Theresa as well who was warm and genuine in her willingness to help. |The location was great! We found nice places to eat nearby and the beautiful beaches are a short walk away. We parked for two of the four nights and the garage and access is well situated near the lifts/stairs to the rooms. |The pool was small but lovely with a great waterfall! A good transition for the kids after a long day at the beach. |The location and the staff alone are enough for us to make a return trip.

Bed bugs!! The hotel is not all bad but that's enough for me to not stay again. I should've known something was suspicious when I arrived. Both queen beds had their top cushions unzipped and just laying on top of the bed. The bottom of the beds both were ripped with holes. Well, still, I have traveled with big brands very frequently for over a decade and never an issue. Guess there's always a first. I was laying on the bed after work, and saw a bug crawling up on my shirt. It was the dreaded bed bug. I googled to quickly verify what I just saw after flicking it away in panic. It was indeed a bed bug. I quickly looked under the sheets, but didn't see anything immediate except stains and other random things. But still, was enough to quickly grab my things and exit. Staff was very apologetic to get me another room, but then never heard from them again. So who knows what they actually did to remediate the issue. The room they gave me was larger, but very noisy by the snack machine. Numerous people very loud in the hallways woke me up throughout the night. It was miserable and kept worrying about more bugs. I will not be back. It's not a bad hotel overall either so it's a shame. Close to the beach with direct access from a pathway, shops built right in, like Starbucks, and a gear shop. Parking garage that exits directly to each floor of the hotel. And again a very friendly front desk associate, so I'll keep it 2 stars for that. But not a care in the world after I disappeared and they conveniently sent me the bill in the morning. I'm not looking for a free room, but it would've been nice to hear they tried to investigate or work on the issue. Their loss. Hotel shoppers, beware and check your beds completely. I'll be doing a through search of my luggage and recommend you do as well if you were through here recently.

The Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach should not be on your short list of hotels to stay at. Being a part of the Marriott family of hotels, one expects a minimum level of quality that is not evident here. In a nutshell, this is a $110 hotel that is charging you what the nice hotels are asking. At Best, this is a 2-star hotel with a 4-star price tag. Do yourself a favour and start your vacation off right by staying at one of the other places.|First, the ‘upgrade’ to the Jr Suite with Atrium view gives you a window that looks into the surf shop. Or more accurately, gives shoppers in the surf shop a view into your room. That is the only light you will get into your room, and now the shutters must remain closed. Do not ask for the upgrade, and for heaven’s sake, do not use an Upgrade Certificate for this.|The age and lack of upkeep and/or remodelling is apparent everywhere in this hotel; from air conditioning droning on loudly, to the bathroom with dented shower curtain rods and mismatched toilet seat lids, to small TVs replacing what once was a 42”. This hotel is suffering from time and last of re-investment. Even the pool is misrepresented and could use a good pool cleaning service.|If you had visions of doing some laundry while you stay, get in line for the single machine on the 5th floor and bring lots of quarters.|On a positive note, the staff is very friendly, they keep what they have clean, plus there is a surf shop just outside your window for all of your Beach activity needs. The beach is only a block away, straight up the road.|Listen, make your own mind up, everyone has different ideas of what is acceptable and when. If I was evacuated from my city to here, acceptable. In the middle of an awesome vacation, not so much. My family and I will never be back.

Check in was fine and there is parking just outside the front desk. But it was all weird. It felt very beach budget. ||My room was clean but the weirdest part is that my window faced into a surf shop. Windows were small and room was dark. I had a junior suite. ||There are very limited restaurants around and most close pretty early. ||Overall it was fine. Filled with cruise people. Would not stay here again.

I have never written a review before. But this one needs it. The pictures are deceiving. The pool is absolutely disgusting, the plaster on the waterfall is falling off and moldy dirty. The pool itself was so disgusting. There were 4 lounge chairs and they were all disgusting. The pool is also inside a parking garage… I can’t believe a Sheraton is this nasty. The rooms are gross and dirty. The front desk staff was absolutely awful. I thought this would be a great trip. Kind of in the middle of all the busy. 2 blocks from the beach- I feel like it said beach front- but I’m not sure so I shouldn’t complain too much on that. But DO NOT stay here! I asked my husband if we could go home early. Which is so sad because we were booked for 9 days. I was ready to go home the 2nd we saw the room.

Please don't look at the pictures on their website; they don't represent what you will see: the hotel room, restaurant, or POOL. Our early arrival for a cruise was met with disappointment. The POOL, tucked away under the parking garage, was far from inviting. It was small, and only 2 out of the 7 chairs were usable, with the rest in a state of disrepair. The room has cheap furniture and rough towels. It differs from what I received at Marriott, but this is an old Sheraton hotel. The staff at the bar/restaurant was very nice. However, they were out of many of the spirits customers were ordering. The pizza we ordered first was burned, and we waited quite some time for a new one, but it was very good. Dishes, glasses, and trash are on many tables because no one can clean them. It was only 1 night, but I will never make this mistake again. I hate to be negative, but I wish someone had shared this with me.

Good location. Beach a short walk, no chairs for rent during our stay. Theresa, front desk, was welcoming and wonderful. Able to accommodate an early check in. Rooms were clean. Setup is weird as larger rooms have no natural light- found it a little disorienting. Restaurant on site was pricey but had good snacks/apps. Shuttle to cruise port was on time and the lady driving was very nice. Would stay here again.

I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy customer. I have stayed at Marriotts, Courtyards, Sheratons and several other brands all over the United States Heck, I’ve stayed in TownePlace Suites in seedy neighborhoods that were well used by loggers with cork boots! I have to say this hotel does NOT match the normal Marriott experience. It’s not even close. ||For starters, we’re here on NCAA championship night. We have a nice looking TV. However, The remote does not match the TV… and all we can find are the weird analog channels. If this is cable, is the most basic package ever… we can’t even find TNT to watch the NCAA Final. Also, no ESPN, no weather channel, nothing like that. The TV does NOT have a “blue tooth” connection that we can find with the remote that doesn’t match the TV, so maybe it has one…. We don’t know. When I google this hotel on Marriott’s website it says it has cable… but it really SHOULD come with a disclaimer about how they are defining cable. |The room has this uselessly long and wide entry way. But where the bed and TV actually are reminds me of NYC rooms that are tiny. The door for the bath/shower barely clears… really bad for tall people. There are literally NO drawers and really limited outlets. Hall is VERY dark. |The pillows look like they are for a doll bed. They are literally the smallest bed pillows I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank goodness I alway bring my own pillow.|Bright spot - the young man who was working the front desk was super nice and helpful/friendly.
