Four Points by Sheraton Brunswick - Hotel in Brunswick - 5308 New Jesup Hwy, USA

Good location right off I-95. Staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel is clean throughout and the room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable to the point I overslept! Loved the walk in shower. Room is nice and comfortable and has a really nice 51 inch TV. Coffee in the lobby is pretty good. Plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot. Really a good value. Good job folk's!

We decided to stay here on a whim when the heat index got too hot to stay at the camp ground on Jekyll island. The room was clean, comfortable and had nice cold AC. |The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the hot coffee that was always available in the lobby. The parking lot was very well lit. The only noise disturbance we heard was fireworks late at night, but that’s to be expected as our stay was over a holiday weekend. Hotel was an easy drive from jekylll island, about 20 minutes or so. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Location didn’t offer free breakfast which was fine. There is not a pool or hot tub either but that wasn’t an issue either.

Staff is very friendly and kind. Pretty basic hotel-not really much to choose from in Brunswick. Decent place to stay but the humidity/moisture in the rooms is unbearable. Everything is just so wet and smelly. Just moist and wet. We had our room changed once and the floors were still slippery and there is condensation everywhere. Management may want to look into this as it could cause a mold issue which it kind of smells like there already is one.

I don’t know why this place only has 2 stars. Just stayed here and it was totally fine. Everything was clean. The breakfast was fairly priced and honestly it was really good. Paul took my order and he was such a nice guy. I hope management sees this review. Paul was very kind and I could tell he’s a hard worker. Also, both of the desk people I met were also super nice.

To start, the front desk staff member that checked me in was very nice. The Assistant GM was there as well, helping the group get checked in. I also can't say enough about the AGM. I saw her every day and she always greeted me/us with a smile. The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I was a little disappointed not having a microwave in the room, especially when I spent a few days sick. I didn't want to have to go to the lobby to use one there. However, at other times it wasn't that big of a deal. I would recommend staying at this property if you are in the area.

We were just looking for anywhere to stop on our way home and we were extremely, pleasantly surprised! The service was phenomenal, the rooms were top notch, and the rates won't break the bank. If you ever need a place to stay in the area, this is definitely the only choice!

From the moment I entered this hotel I was treated with the such hospitality. Shauna Armstrong was exceptionally friendly, respectful and hospitable in every way. Her willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate me and my employees was so humbling. It is so rare to walk into a place and feel as welcomed as we were. We all felt so honored and valued that I personally have deemed this our companies preferred place of stay! Thank you Four Points of Brunswick for treating my employees and myself with such great service!!!

We stayed one night. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was attractive with nice seating areas. There was an area in the back with desks if people wanted to do work. The fitness room looked clean and had lots of equipment.|The restaurant and bar were not open. There are lots of fast food options within a minute's drive, including a Starbucks. |There was coffee in the lobby and in the morning there was a tray of complimentary muffins/danish near the coffee.|The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator read 45 degrees. I called to see how to lower the temp to safe range to store food that I had but they said the temperature is preset and it is meant to be a drink cooler rather than a refrigerator. We visited the ice machine and kept food in our cooler.|My one complaint is that the lighting in the room was very dim.|Overall a great stay.
