Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport Revere - Hotel in Revere - 407 Squire Rd, USA

The rooms have narrow tub showers, hard to flush and loud toilets, cracked and not really fixed desks. One morning, I had to wait 8 minutes for the shower water to get warm. The manual latch on my door didn't line up so couldn't be closed. They have good pillows in the room though. The hotel lobby also didn't have hot water for tea multiple mornings and also didn't have cold water available one morning. The fitness center has late morning hours, but the staff is nice and lets you in early if you ask.

We had the best experience here! Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk crew to the housekeepers went out of their way to be kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room itself was clean, comfy, and quiet. Highly recommend!

Substandard in EVERY way. Zero in every way. Rude and unprofessional staff. Disgusting and dirty rooms. This property should not be in the Marriott Bonvoy program. I can’t imagine that any of their positive reviews are legitimate. If they don’t know how to appreciate their loyal members (lifetime titanium), I can’t imagine how horrible they treat guests in general. No awareness to the basic standards of decency and care.

Stayed using the Park Sleep Fly option. It was great! Staff was pleasant and helpful. We have used the PSF option last year and found it the easiest and fastest way to get to the airport for our early departures. The room is always clean and the hotel has been updated since our last stay. We use this hotel in the future when we travel to Logan our car can stay for 2weeks with the price of the stay and we get transported to logon for departure and when we return.

I read some of the reviews and was nervous, but they didn't disappoint the room was clean with plenty of clean towels and washcloth and hand towels it was close to alot of stores in walking distance, had a small fitness center (at least they had one). Hot breakfast with all the fixings. Th.e housekeeping staff was wonderful. The front desk eventhough they were helpful their friendliness is a 3. Not all of them but most,You guys could definitely do better in that department. All in all I didn't want to leave. Enjoyed my stay!

A decent and affordable 3 star hotel in the east side of Boston away from downtown. Decent room size, amenities and toiletries available. However, room service and staff coordination could be improved and there are limited food options available within the hotel. Regardless, a recommended hotel for short stays at affordable prices.

Just returned home from a one night stay. This place is gross! Only redeeming factor is the front desk staff. The room was disgusting. The window shade has something brown smeared on it. The furniture was beat up. Carpet nasty and looked like a door was removed from the closet. The microwave and refrigerator looked like they were raided from a 1980's dorm. The bathroom was nasty. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall, there was barely hot water and what there was, was a slight stream. I've seen other reviews state this property was going through a remodel. We were not informed of this and let's hope our room was a before and not an after. Also, don't be fooled by the name. This is NOT by Logan. It's still about a 25 minute drive to airport even at 5:00 in the morning. This is an embarrassment for Marriot and Bonvoy members.

This hotel is marketed as an airport hotel - during one of the worst storms in South Florida history and record flooding - closing the airports - my flight was cancelled so I booked a room at this property. The airline suggested I go to the gate of a flight about to close in case there was a seat to a neighboring airport - so 15 minutes later I was cleared and I texted the property through the Bonvoy app that I had just booked it moments ago but must release the room. ||The manager, in the chat which I did not ever see, advises there is a 48-hour cancel policy - and even though I advised them I was on a flight (therefore not able to see this message and NOT staying in Boston) they chose to keep the room reservation and bill me. This is ludicrous - to enforce a cancel policy for a room held for less than half an hour in an emergency situation. ||These mitigating circumstances surely would call for some common sense and courtesy. The hotel refuses to refund the money. My business is now going to Hilton Hotels.
