Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center - Hotel in Bellingham - 714 Lakeway Dr, USA

Rooms capable of getting almost entirely dark, which is great when you go to sleep early. Very quiet in the rooms but the staff was able to hook me up with a box fan for some background noise. Location is not super friendly for walking in and around but not the worst. Fitness center had two life fitness treadmills and an elliptical, also a cable set up and a set of DBs up to 50# pair. It was large enough not share with a person or two at a time.

This was a good hotel. The rooms looked like they were trying to make it better, but still a little sparse. The pool area looked dated. The lounge is beautiful and the connecting restaurant was fun. Breakfast was tasty although the avocado toast was very different, usually a healthier dish, but here not so much. The price point was pretty high, too, so that weighs into the rating, not what a normal 250/night room would be... They're trying, and I think they'll get there. Just not there yet.

The staff were so nice and accommodating to my kiddos! The chef made a special order of turkey for my daughter just to be nice- it was seriously the sweetest thing ever!||The pool is heated and they even have a separate kiddie pool for toddlers. The hot tub is just right.||We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed ourselves!

The staff was friendly and helpful. ||The room and hotel are dated and did not feel quality. A few issues with the room, dresser drawers missing knobs, air conditioners would stop producing cold air overnight, set to 70 and would wake up with the room temperature at 78. The room was humid throughout. The overall temperature of the hotel in the hallways was in the mid to high 70’s and humid since the pool is in the interior of the building with the rooms a square around them on all floors. The fixtures to hold the shower shower in our room were broth broke when we arrived in our room. We let management know and they sent maintenance up right away to fix one of them. The fix caused a new issue where the shower head was not sealed tightly so water was spraying into the rest of the bathroom.

I stayed at the property one night after flying into BLI to drive up to Whistler. The hotel is on the older side which is evident as you walk through the property. Arriving in the evening around 9:00PM the front desk agent was very nice. I was upgraded with my Titanium BONVOY status to a one bedroom suite adjacent to the pool. The room had been renovated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice sitting/tv room. I had breakfast in the restaurant and Skylar was very nice. The hotel had an older smaller fitness center and ample meeting space. I wish I would have known in advance that the hotel had an airport shuttle as it could have saved a day of rental car charges! I know better for next time!

Great location that is close to the highway, parks, and the grocery store if you need any quick snacks. The staff was able to accommodate request very quickly and were accommodating for rewards program members. Nice fitness center as well that has some machines and a good selection of dumbbells.

The staff was very nice and friendly (esp the woman who checked me in) but it has to be one of the poorest designs which caused for a pretty awful stay. The indoor pool is at the center of the building, with all the rooms surrounding the sides of the pool, going up. This makes an echo chamber of noise. So, on a nice peaceful Sunday when I was just hanging out in my room, kids filled the pool area and I could hear the noise as if I was sitting right next to them. I couldn't turn my TV on loud enough. Because it was only a one-night stay that experience ruined it and I'd never choose that hotel again.

This property is clean and in a great location close to the border. All of the staff from the front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping, and restraunt have all been amazing. It's hard to find clean hotels with great staff, but this location has nailed it! Will definitely be the go-to for future stops if in the area!
