Currently staying at the Anaheim location. Terrible service, extra $33 parking fee per/day, dirty floors & bathroom. We booked a double queen room for us and our boys for 3 nights. Not a single room service or fresh dry towels swapped or delivered in three days. We've had 4 bath towels total our entire stay! The rooms are humid so the towels stay wet even when hung to dry. We just made our fourth visit to the customer service desk asking for clean dry towels, washcloths etc. The pool and exercise room also had no towels available our entire stay. Each service desk visit we were told towels would be delivered, still waiting for them to arrive to our room right now. The floors are laminate and have not been swept or mopped in what appears to be a long time. Our feet our black & covered in hair every time we take our shoes off. Hair in the tub & shower. Gross!!! The hot tub was dirty and smelled like it hadn't been checked for chlorine or PH in a while. The only thing good about this hotel is the location and visibility of the Disneyland fireworks show. Terrible service & poor cleanliness.

We stayed back in December for a week to visit Disneyland. We had a very positive experience. The room was cleaned ever other day which was so nice after a long day at the parks. We also got to see the fireworks one of the nights we were there. This was a very affordable hotel walking distance from the parks. We did end up still taking the shuttle that passes by cause we have a little one. The freeway noise was not an issue for us. We felt very safe and welcomed here would book again!

Since December 2023, I have stayed 26 nights in this hotel. Over the years, I am sure that the number is likely close to 70 nights. It has always been our family's goto location because of the friendly warm welcome and excellent customer experience. It turns out that this was primarily due to their guest services manager H. Saleeb. Unfortunately, he left in late July and the change was dramatic and immediate. Gone was the warm welcome back greeting by the front desk team, gone was the impression that they were keenly interested in helping us. I am a Titanium member - FYI. Mr. Saleeb had made arrangements for an upgraded ADA room for me before he left. When checking in I was delighted to see that I had the room with the roll in shower. I noticed a definite change in customer behavior while checking in when after asking for bottled water at check in I was told that there should be 2 bottles in the room and that I was not entitled to any more. For my next stay I contacted the hotel and asked who I should talk to about the room preference. I then spoke to the front desk Supervisor Alex to request rooms 422 or 522 because I know that those rooms work ok when I am traveling solo. I was not even asking for the roll in shower. He indicated that he put the request in the notes and over-explained how he could not guarantee what room I would get. I then called the hotel a couple of days before arrival to check to see if the notes were in the reservation and they indicated yes, and also over-explained that they could not guarantee. There was not a friendly aspect of we will do our best, which I understand. The impression was that they simply did not care. Upon arrival for this stay there was no awareness of the previous discussions and I was offered a room that I could not even access as there are no ADA doors to access the 1st floor hallway. They then came up with an alternate room that was sufficient. My impression was that they really did not care about me or my loyalty to this hotel. My family is so disappointed as it looks like we may need to seek a new goto hotel. I hope not. I will give them one more chance when we travel to the hotel in September. I am hopeful that the experience will be back to the one where we have made wonderful memories over the years.||My most current stay:|Good- front desk clerk was helpful & friendly at check in. Lots of smiles|Good- Breakfast buffet is always good and much better than others at this hotel category|Good- Restaurant team- friendly, warm & still great customer service||Not good- No recognition of my room requests, given less preferable room|Not good- Front desk staff at 630am. I went to the desk to let them know I was leaving early instead of the 4pm check out originally planned so that they could access the room for cleaning earlier. The clerk seemed bothered by my appearance at the desk and actually had me wait a bit before she even acknowledged that I was waiting. She seemed annoyed as she had to pull up my room on the computer. I then asked her for a bottle of water for the road and she was even more annoyed and told me that we do not have any water.

If you are looking for something close to Disneyland, this location is perfect. It was such an easy walk to Disney. But in reference to the cleanliness of the room, it was beyond uncomfortable sleeping here. Upon entering the room at almost 4AM there wasn’t much to notice because I just wanted to fall asleep. After my exhaustion was over it really gave the vibe of motel. The pictures make it look beautiful, when instead the bathroom is poorly remolded. The bathroom had mold, had hair left over from the last person there!! The caulk done on the bathroom is smeared on the actual tile and just looks tacky It was gross. I didn’t even bother complaining because truthfully I don’t want to ruin my family vacation. I checked out a day early and I’m moving on

The hotel is a great place to stay for Disney trip, so close and has a van that will pick you up for a small fee. They charge for parking as well, $33. The location is amazing. The hotel is not. The customer service is amazing, out side of a few, but all that was great! It was the room, toilet was broken, the room was not cleaned, the bed was broken off the rails. It was just not it. The TV was basic cable, not thing too exciting.

If you want location and nothing else then this is your place. ||We stayed here. Looks nice from the outside but then it goes from bad to worse. Our sheets were dirty the room looked gross. We contacted front desk and they didnt care. They said that they would get changed in the morning at 9:30am. When we got back from Disneyland the room had not been touched. A quick call down stairs, no apology. Aparently the cleaners didnt turn up today. However other rooms were done. then the next day we got back from Disneyland and it still wasnt done. Bins full, dirty sheets still there. Told the clearners had gone home. This was at 1:30pm on Tuesday. So many excuses. Just absolute crap. However offered to bring sheets up for us to make ourselves. REALLY?? We paid $500 (Australian) a night. Absolutely disgusting.

Marriott should be embarrassed to put their name on this property. The rooms were not clean. I do not know when the last time the floors were washed, but they were filthy. The towels were old and a couple of them had stains. We are Marriott owners and titanium level. We always get free parking. Not here. The clerks were not helpful at all with any questions we had. The bathtubs do no not have grab bats. It was slippery and my husband and i almost fell a few times. Had to grab on to the curtain rail. Would not recommend this property. They need to tear it down and start from scratch. It looks like a cheap Motel 6. We occupied 2 room. Never again.

My sister and I stayed here over the weekend for a quick trip to Disneyland. The location was great - walking distance to Disneyland, and you can see the nightly fireworks show from parts of the hotel. The rooms were pretty standard, but if you are on the highway side can be pretty loud (it didn't bother us, but if you need quiet to sleep, something to note). The pool is 24 hours which is awesome too. The service was AMAZING, honestly we had the best experience because of this and would definitely stay here again for service alone. The manager helped up with a booking issue when we were checking in, which could have been the difference between a great or awful experience, and he made it so easy and hassle free. Even after all of that, he let us change rooms so we could see the fireworks show from our room (and took care to give us a room we felt safe/comfortable in - eg. no connecting hotel rooms, nothing ground level - all from his own consideration without us mentioning anything), we got a late check out, and he made sure to chat with us and check in with how our stay was going whenever he saw us around the hotel.

I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
