Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Lehigh Valley - Hotel in Allentown - 3712 Hamilton Blvd, USA

My family and I had a nice time here at the Four points by Sheraton. Upon entry there was a good ambience and fragrance. At check-in the women at the front desk named Saran was wonderful. She had a graceful demeanor and was able to help us with our room accommodations and stay. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Saran. We also tried the pool area which was cool for a quick swim. In the morning before check-out we were able to enjoy breakfast at the Lynx located in the lobby area. The breakfast was good as well and our waitress was friendly. Overall the hotel and our room was kept cleaned and it was comfortable. I would stay here again.

This was the 2nd time we held a meeting at the Four Points in Allentown. Matthew Baysinger was great to work with both times. He made sure all our needs were met. The front desk met us with a smile and a hello. Another staff member checked in with us to make sure all was as expected. The meeting room was comfortable and suited our needs. Excellent experience.

Absolutely splendid stay! My room was very nice and the service especially was very helpful and accommodating. Man behind the front desk, I believe his name was Nick, was very friendly and made me feel right at home! Would definitely go again.

Rented out the meeting room with my manager who got it for my company and loved every second. The guy at the front desk named Nick got us complimentary coffee and free water for our company. Overall my company really enjoyed our whole stay and would recommend this to any other company who is staying there for a meeting.

Family stayed at the hotel during July 4th. Awesome fireworks in the evening! It rained a lot but that was not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was fantastic. Thank you to the team that took care of us during our stay. There was an easy drive from this hotel to my house.

Stayed here to go to Dorney park. Legit best location to stay at as far as being close to the park. The front staff is very nice and friendly. The room first glance looked clean, sheets and bed were clean, bathroom had pee on the wall and under the trash in the bathroom was wet with god knows what. The room smelt like straight old moth balls, and being early on pregnancy it made me feel a bit nauseas when I would come into the room. The baseboards (mainly in bathroom) were super dirty. I am a house cleaner for both residential and commercial properties, so I would give cleanliness about a 1 star, deff bare minimum in that aspect. Also people screaming at each other in the hall early the first morning, due to someone banging on the walls, was a little disturbing, but not the hotels fault. The restaurant attached was by far the best part, the food was very good. Also this is all true I stayed here with my bf and 8 year old and the hotel was under his name.

Took family to Dorney Park and picked this Hotel due to being a Bonvoy Marriot member. Hotel is located right across the street from the amusement park so location is perfect. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. Donald checked us in and was extremely helpful. Another thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was and how clean and fresh hotel smelled. Room was great. Overall a perfect stay. Staff is great. Hotel is clean and smalls great. No complaints what so ever. Price overall was also great. Will stay here again
