We are from Tri Cities, my friend and I like to get away from our busy work life which is ever evolving and busy. I like small towns vs visiting big cities which can be draining for me and over stimulating if that resonates with you please visit Pullman. Check this restaurant out the vibe relaxing and welcoming. The lighting is perfect.

If you want to eat here. Make sure you get in there before 6:30pm. Cause they stop sitting people by 6:30pm. That’s what the host said to me. Next time I can review the food. Their close time is 8pm. Maybe updating this can help us to make a decision to eat here. I went the next day to have the experience. During the day their staff is lovely and the chicken Alfredo was spot on and their Bloody Mary is spectacular. It did took 21 minutes to get the food which is quite normal in Pullman with my experience. But do not come in after 7pm. Cause the loveliness changes dramatically. Over all great save and they take pride in their food and drinks. Good spot

When we first walked in, we were greet immediately and sat down! We decided to eat outside by their fire pit. The waitress, Sophia and Austin were very attentive and professional. The food was very tasty and well put together. The atmosphere was nice and had a old looking feeling to it. We enjoyed every thing! Yes you will pay a pretty penny for your food but it is worth the it!

My entree was good, but let's talk about the DESSERT! I had a lentil carrot cake, which sounds so odd (which is exactly why I decided to try it) and it was hands down the best thing I have eaten in the last 6 months. Wholy heck. The only thing better than the cake was the service. Everyone was attentive, but most importantly kind. I even had one of the staff run after me because I had left my to-do box of cake on the table accidentally. Hands down best dining experience in Pullman so far!

The server was super patient. We used to love this restaurant. However. the reasons I'm giving this place a 1 star is because most of our meals were incorrect &/or didn't taste good... Definitely not worth the price. The fact that they charge $20-$30 per meal, I expect the food to be spot on. It wasn't. But the thing that really upset us was that they charge a 10% service fee that you CANNOT take off your bill. Seems illegal to me. Though I fully support tipping well, this service fee made it so we couldn't tip as much as we'd like for our waiter. It's disappointing, because the service fee, (which supports workers to be able to take time off) is not optional and should be provided by the owner, not the customer, who's already paying high meal prices for mediocre food. Just disappointing. We won't be returning

Place looked great online, first time in Pullman. Immediately seated, slow Tuesday night at the bar. Lights at bar almost blindingly bright. Sets the mood for hurry up and leave, not sit and relax, enjoy. Overall positive experience at the start. Ordered the rib eye, at 40 dollars seemed reasonable, taste was mediocre at best, presentation of the steak was underwhelming, veggies were very good. Would not recommend or order again. Not a fan of handing over a handheld pos device at the bar with no bill presented first. Immediately greeted with the tip percentages, yes this is 2023, America is the tip country, otherwise no one comes to work. What they don’t tell you is they already applied a 10% service charge to the bill. Their digital percentages started at 15/18/20. I travel for work and tip well. The cheapest option presented for a tip at 15 plus the 10 they auto added means you just added 25 percent to the bill. Not a fan, not a fan at all. Will not recommend or return. Steak, 1 beer, bread, all for 72 dollars. If you’re willing, take a chance!

First of all, our server Maddie was so stellar. She took off our appetizer and gave us a complimentary slice of cake for our 7th wedding anniversary. She took a picture for/of us too. The food is amazing 👏🏻 All of it. I hiiiighly recommend "the kindred spirit" drink. We'll be back habitually♡ My only dislike was how the staff behave in front of diners.. They practically yell their inappropriate conversations. I really didn't appreciate all the foul language. I was just trying to enjoy a nice anniversary dinner with my love 💓

First off, the staff are amazing and the food is great...but I have a feeling the owners are neither. A SINGLE Titos martini costs $23. In rural Washington. There is a 10% service charge on top of the overpriced menu to help cover wages (great for the owners, less tips for the staff). They used to be on Upside so I could at least get $5 back but it looks like they no longer are. Turns out that was a big motivator to choose Foundry because I really don't feel like returning now. Birch & Barley is literally half the cost at this point- I would recommend going there instead.
