5 stars because it was exactly as advertised. Clean place to stay. Relatively quiet. Located between Bristol and Newport. I have no complaints. You can hear neighboring sounds, but with the AC on, that drowns out the sound. Not a problem. I'd stay here again for a quick place to spend the night.

Super impressed with our room! One of the best places I’ve stayed as far as looks,cleanliness, and price. Room was newly remodeled and spotless. The worker at check-in was very nice as well. Loved it!

Perhaps the cleanest room we've ever stayed in - cleaner than the major chains. Quaint property with recently renovated rooms. Quiet at might, comfortable bed, and complimentary sodas at checkin. Very pleased.

PERFECT getaway spot! Older property but don't let that fool you. Our room was recently redone. New furniture, floor and bathroom. Plus is the removal of rugs and easy to clean laminate floors. Room had fridge and microwave. No ice machine however. I would 100% stay here again.

The last time we stayed here was in 2018 - the room has been totally updated, which we were pleased to see! It was very clean - it has a bit of a retro look to it (cute turquoise mini-frig with freezer and microwave, feathery lamp in the bedroom, and 2 cute nesting tables in the living room). There was a small coffeemaker in the room, and a Keurig machine with coffee pods in the office. The couch in the living room area opened up to a bed, and linens were provided for the third person. The grounds are nicely kept up (but the Peace sign made out of white rocks is gone!). My only "complaint" is the flooring is light-colored and showed any dirt, even when just coming out of the shower! My only recommendation - if you want a suite with 2 double beds rather than 1 Queen bed, book early! They go quickly! It was helpful to have the suite (living room area along with the bedroom). Employees are very nice and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again.

Adorable. This cute convenient motel is perfect for visiting the area. Immaculate, completely renovated, just adorable. Highly recommend a stay here. The sitting area is spacious and comfortable and the seperate bedroom is perfect.

This was a very nice stay for a motel & not overwhelming with so many people, it’s quiet & tucked away! Some people get it confused amenities wise as it’s a motel not a hotel, huge difference! This motel is perfect for those whom aren’t planning to spend all their time there, if you have other plans in the day and use this as intended, then it’s perfect! If your vacation is dependent on using a lot of your time in a room, then this isn’t the spot for you as you may be looking for a hotel with a long list of amenities, not a motel! This motel has cable, small tv in living room(not bedroom) a small fridge & microwave. Bathroom has new fans & gives you several small bathroom products in a box along with bottles. The AC is great if you learn how to use the controller, it has to be off when approaching the AC, Overall I would highly suggest staying here if that suits you otherwise pay much more at a hotel where I personally wouldn’t use 1/4 the amenities

We overnighted in a 'suite' (extra room with TV, sofa, small frig. and coffeemaker. Given the reasonable room prices this seemed a sensible option, particularly inasmuch as we had a 'noise-free' location. Cooling -- and heating, in our case -- was by a combination heat-pump wall unit. Adequate for mid-autumn. There is also a free-standing electric heater in the unit, but -- in my judgment -- it is unstable, easily tippable, and is a real-world fire hazard, if used. There was no grab-bar in the tub/shower. Needs to be fixed. The unit seems to have been totally renovated, simply and nicely decorated, and was immaculate! A quite acceptable and attractive waterfront restaurant is but5 minutes away.
