WOW! We visited during restaurant week and were impressed with the options. The wine pairing was outstanding. The chef did an impeccable job enhancing the flavors of each dish with perfectly matched wines. Our waiter, Nolan, was THE BEST!! He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about all the dishes and wines. This restaurant deserves five stars. The combination of excellent food, outstanding wine pairing, and top-notch service, especially thanks to our waiter Nolan, made our visit unforgettable. Delicious food. Amazing staff. Impeccable service. Romantic ambiance. Those are the characteristics I would describe Foster. They are welcoming to families, kids, and our best four legged friends. Chef and owner Jason puts so much effort and dedication to the menu, from sourcing the best ingredients to making sure the food doesn't lose its essence. Friend to a friend, if you’re willing to spend a little more than your average night out, Foster is well worth it. Every dish was incredible and the flavors are authentic. They thought of every detail. The owner puts the finishing touches on every plate - I recommend sitting at the bar to watch the magic of the kitchen unfold in front of you. Will be back because we couldn’t try the whole menu in one night.
Not often that you come to place and realize that every part of operation are executed with meticulous intention; love for great food and product that it takes to create it; a celebration of flavors you won’t find in other places; and uncompromising commitment to community and sustainability. All of this comes from years of food industry experience by the couple who own the place - a labor of true love. I’ve tasted everything on the menu and plan to do it over and over for years to come. Foster is a gem.
The food is amazing. The quality of all of the ingredients is clearly superb, and the chef, Jay, is truly gifted, and it shows with every dish. Tanya makes the front of the house incredibly comfortable. The service is attentive, and gives you time and space to enjoy. But back to the food - every single appetizer and entrée I've had has been great. You can reliably count on anything on the menu to be solid and delicious. The charred broccolini, brussel sprout salad, gambas al ajillo, scallops, fish, grilled calamari special, miso beans special, pizza, and fried chicken - everything is fantastic. Careful thought and care must go into every dish - even the sides and sauces are a level above most. Look at these photos to see. Oh, and my son asked me to share, that, "My son loves the chicken!"
Exceptional service, delicious cocktails, creative appetizers, masterful entrees and well crafted desserts. I highly recommend their broccolini, bone marrow and seafood pasta dishes. No detail was overlooked!! It felt like they paired the wine to the food and the food to the ambiance music. We can’t wait to eat, drink and soak in the positive vibes again…and again…and again!!!
My family had dinner at Fosters recently and wow, it's absolutely fantastic! The garden seating out back is a must-try when the weather is right, as is the walk-up ice cream counter. I loved the open kitchen setup where you can watch Chef Jay and his team work their magic with always on point delicious meals, and his wife Tanya makes everyone feel so welcomed. My wife and I can't wait to try the Japanese tasting menu on Tuesday. There's definitely something special about Fosters – maybe it's the love and dedication that goes into everything Chef Jay and Tanya do.

love that the pool and sunset club are so close. this is a residents only beach. the beach is easy to access after parking and is clean and had a sunset view. love this beach.
Top notch Italian/Indian super spot. Lamb curry was delicious as was the potato soup. Paneer Kebab was generous with a nice mint sauce. Wild Montauk bass served with rice was great. Seating is a little tight. Service was helpful and friendly. We had
