I’ve been searching for a company I can trust for a few years. I read all the reviews about Sonny and how reliable he is so I decided to call him and I’m so glad I did! He got me into his busy schedule and was right on time. He explained everything to me in detail and had my repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for helpful, trustworthy and reliable, look no further!

Had my stop cooling while I was at work and came home to house hotter than it was outside. I was really worried because I have a dog that's really old and stresses easily. Sonny was super nice and helpful. These guys came in at their next available time, got it fix quickly, so we could get the house cooked back down. Definitely recommend!

Sonny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and open and honest about everything throughout the entire process. From the quote to the install, he took his time to answer every question we had in depth. His team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job installing the new AC in our house. Not only was the install a 10/10, they also worked very quick and finished the job much sooner than I was expecting. Great service! I'll definitely use Ft Worth Air for all my air conditioning service going forward. My air conditioning went out at midnight on Saturday night. By 8:30am Sunday morning, I had a reply back from Fort Worth Air and a scheduled time same day Sunday for service. I got a heads up call they were on the way. They arrived on time and my air conditioner was fixed within an hour. Great customer service!

I feel I can’t say enough about Fort Worth Air-Conditioning! It is the heat of the summer and our air conditioning isn’t cooling at 7:30am on Saturday morning. I called at 7:48 and Sonny picked up after 2 rings! He was at my home at 11 am checking my system on a SATURDAY!!! I know there are a lot of great air-conditioning companies out there but they don’t pick up their phones on a weekend, Sonny always answers my call. If he misses it, he will always call you back. Sonny has done maintenance on our old system for 7 years before it went out and replaced our system last year!!! Highly highly recommend Fort Worth Air-Conditioning, ask for Sonny, he is the owner!!!

Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. was referred to us by our neighbors after we discovered our AC slowly wasn't cooling like it normally does. I texted Sonny on a Sunday and set up an appt. for Monday. He was there when he said he would be. Diagnosed the issue and found that is was under the manufacture warranty. With the current outside temps near 100 degrees was able to get the part ordered and installed on Thursday. I arrived home to our home cooling. Sonny kept texting during the evening to make sure it was still cooling. Also, I would like to say Thank you to your crew for bringing my garbage cans down to the house from the street. We will be using them for any future needs and regular maintenance. Thank you again Sonny and crew. Y'all are the best.

We had a blower motor making all kinds of crazy noises. I can tell it was on its last legs. Of course, it had to happen on Saturday. I spoke with Sonny and scheduled an appointment that following Monday morning. He ran a little later than expected, but texted me letting me know. It was fine though, because he made up for it by having the replacement part on-hand and completed the job within an hour. I would definitely use this company again.

They came through on everything they promised. They received the two air units on time, arrived on time, finished in the estimated time. Also kept us posted along the way. After the installation Sonny very carefully explained how both units work, installation of filters, etc. Very honest and friendly!! Can’t recommend this company enough! It is difficult to find honest, hard-working crew and I especially like that they are a small business and support local!
