We only got to visit for a short time we showed up as they were closing down but got to have a great conversation and learned some brief history and will definitely be back for some reenactments.

Fun place to check out. Not extremely big but still interesting to walk around and check out. The day we visited they had reenactment actors portraying the soldiers of that Era. They were some pretty knowledgeable guys and really gave us a good insight on how life was back then.

Today I went with grand babies, Deacon & Saige Hunt along with Mama Kayla Beth Fields , to the Fort Randolph Christmas Reenactment celebration. It was free and historically informative. Saige has decided to become a vegan. She doesn't like seeing all the animal babies hurt. The actors were dressed into character. We had fun! Cookies, punch and Hot Apple Cider and we bought a few souvenirs. Highly recommend to all

Have been wanting to go to this place for 4 years, we finally got to go. They were finally open. They will be closing in September 2017 an then not reopen until the spring of 2018. This Fort is run by donations. The upkeep is done by donation visitors are encouraged to donate in order to keep the upkeep of the fort an to keep the fort open and running. There were lots of great things, they also have a general store that was open during the time we were there that had many items for sale lots of great things to see an buy. Took lots of pictures. They also have a campground area with a large pond. The park is bright with lights every year for Christmas. There's also a fishing and boat dock nearby as well as shelter houses and buildings for rent for special occasions. We really enjoyed our time here an the fact that they were open. Will be donating in the future. I encourage everyone to donate to help the Fort be able to stay open. I will add more information soon. Look forward to taking the family and going back.

Huge disappointment. Ran down. Only open on certain occasions.

Free to visit. Saw tours of school kids. Not the actual historical fort but a replica. Not much to see unless there is an event. Some places like upstairs are closed to visitors.

When we visited the location we found it to be closed. Would of like to have spent some time inside the fort. The summer hours are minimal, check their website first in advance before visiting.

This park has great river views and amazing flood wall murals. They illustrate the colonial history of Point Pleasant including the battle. There are statues of Chief Cornstalk, Colonel Lewis and Lord Dunmore. It’s worth the walk

We had an amazing stay here. It was fall so we did catch some ladybugs trying to stay warm by the windows but wasn’t too bad. The staff was so sweet and made our little honeymoon so much better. They bumped us up to the Captains Suite which was hau
