Horrible Location, they charge whatever they want one room was paying 50/night 2nd room was paying 80/night and 3rd room 100/night...cockroaches in the room, room service is at your door at 8am trying to exchange towels when checkouts not till 10am...the employees are not very friendly overall i would not recommend this place.

Needs a facelift, but fits in the neighborhood, as everything is rather run down. The rooms are tiny and out of date on the decor, this room had bright lime green and purple walls, I felt like I was sleeping on a Misfits record cover. The outside decor is old time Florida creepy, with tikis, statues, and painted palm trees. It would make a great movie set, like Bad Times at the El Royale. Rooms are rented daily, weekly, etc., so some renters are probably long time tenants. I wouldn't recommend this motel for a holiday stay, if you want atmosphere definitely check somewhere else.

I semi regularly come here to for a client whom stays here. Not a bad place overall. Pretty average across the board for a simple place to stay. Only downside is some people in the area are less then desirable but the owner does his best to keep them out and keep it a safe environment. I cant say it'd be my first option to stay in but its definitely better then some and rooms are at least kept clean.

I personally did not stay at this facility however had a friend that was. And I find it absolutely ridiculous that they are able to tell paying clients that they are not allowed to have visitors while they're staying there! Not talking about parties or anything crazy but just visitors! Absolutely ridiculous and this is not a place that I would ever say or recommend just due to hell the facility is managed and the dirty looks received when I have been there to visit relatives or friends that were visiting and had the unfortunate experience of having to stay there due to necessity of availability

Stay anywhere else. You have no privacy, are not even "allowed" to visit a guest in another room, never mind having anyone over to visit you. Worse than living in a women's residence. Are also rude, going in the room to start cleaning before you even have all of your things out of there. Make you feel like you inconvenienced them even though you had to pay to suffer there. Next door at Golf View motel prices are better and they leave you alone.

This is by far the worst motel in fort myers. Even for $80 a night. We had asked for a smoking room and five minutes later they were banging on the window and door screaming why it's it taking us so long to move rooms when they hadn't even told us the room number we had now or given us a new key. The owners are INCREDIBLY rude. They have no tact whatsoever. They pounded on the windows and doors a lot more then once. There were prositutes in our parking lot multiple times which we were even introduced to. One night a man came up to me and introduced me to his girl "can-can". If you're a female you can't leave your room alone of multiple men will try to pay you for sex. This was a horrible experience. Pretty much paying to feel uncomfortable and treated like scum. Not to mention a cockroach crawled over the bed more than once.

I love place all work I this hotel nice and have good service every day coming for asking you if you need something I like that thanks for all people working there

Stayed here at the Fort Myers Motel as it was the cheapest place I could find for a one night stay. It was pretty awful. The overwhelming smell of Febreze upon entering the room made me nauseous and the only window I could open was the small bathroom window, which didn't help much. The view from the only window in the room overlooked a trash heaped courtyard, which also had no screen. So disgusting i had to keep the curtain closed. The bed (mattress) is set upon a wooden platform ( no box spring) and was so old and uncomfortable, which made it almost impossible to sleep. The pillows were well worn, flat and the pillow cases were dirty with brown stains of some sort. The towels for washing/showering were so old, frayed and discolored, I knew I'd wait to take a shower until i got home. The weirdest thing in the room was the TV remote. It was secured to the wall over the head of the bed. Extremely awkward to turn tv on or switch channels. Check out was at 10 am, yet the cleaning woman wheeled her cleaning cart right outside our door at 8 am, waking us up... Never again!
