We loved this resort as a picky family of 5. Can't say enough great things. We barely noticed it was under construction because we were so pleased with everything else and the work was well hidden. Beautiful large property. One of the nicest pool areas in Fort Lauderdale. Clean private beach. Plenty of chairs at both pool and beach - never had to rush. Many food options if you want to stay on the grounds. Top notch service from concierge to beach staff - everyone was so helpful, professional and kind. Endless spots to lounge on the property away from beach and pool and enjoy the ocean view from a distance. The local golf cart shuttles made it easy to get to the main strip for food and shops. Overall lovely ambiance and felt like we were staying at an all inclusive resort. Highly recommend!

With over 1,200 nights spent in Marriott hotels over the years, I can confidently say that my recent stay at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa ranks among the very best. The level of customer service was simply outstanding. Sheunesu Mafara, Mike Lamey, and Sami all went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was flawless.||Our suite, with its stunning ocean views, provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in every part of the room made it clear that the staff is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience.||The pool and beach cabanas were true highlights. The staff’s attentiveness made our time by the water both relaxing and enjoyable. The combination of these beautiful amenities and the unparalleled service we received made this stay truly memorable. An overall stay was wonderful! Staff is very professional and extremely nice! I especially want to point out Brandon Henry ( the front desk manager ) and Nuno Casanova ( beach employee) for their customer service and care|We stayed in newly renovated part of the resort- rooms were extremely clean. I wasn’t completely happy about the quality of pillows though. Also I am not- satisfied with the new refund policy- cancellation 1 week prior vs 72 hours as it used to be |Nevertheless I will definitely come back with my family over and over again and will definitely recommend this place to everyone

Best hotel on Fort Lauderdale beach!! But wait it’s not just Hotel … It’s one of the best resorts on the East Coast! I have been fortunate to stay and visit many Marriott properties in the US and in Europe and this ranks among one of my top three. Although the resort has been around for several years, it is exceptionally maintained. ||It has everything for everyone, and then some the management goes above and beyond to try to help you get the best vacation experience possible and I would definitely splurge and get a waterfront balcony room. The room manager Mr. Henry and his team help get a perfect room for a special stay.||It’s one of the few resorts that is truly on the beach walk out onto the beach. It even has a tiki bar on the beach. You can’t beat that.||If that wasn’t enough, even the restaurant 3030 of which I am highly critical of was excellent with great farm to table selections.||Look no further I feel looking for great vacation all in one spot. This is the place to go.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. After driving for hours from Orlando with my husband and two exhausted kids, we walked into the lobby which was overflowing with people. The music was so loud that I could barely hear the woman at the reception desk (she was minimally engaging, anyway). It was 3:55 PM at the time of my check-in and I was told our room was not available, even though check-in is supposed to be at 4PM. ||About 45 minutes later, my husband went back to the desk to basically beg for our room and our request was granted. I paid for an oceanfront room but what I received was a disgusting space with a balcony that overlooked a construction site, with an ocean view if you looked far enough to one side. The room was dirty and smelled HORRIBLE. There was a red, crusty stain on one of the headboards. The bathroom tub was horrendously filthy and there was hair all over the floor, as well as a roach. ||Additionally, there were dirty cups and plates lining the hallways and the housekeepers did not seem to care (they walked right by).||I called Amex travel and they took care of the situation by communicating with the hotel to refund us while I booked a room up the street at another hotel. This took about another hour. The Marriott never called to apologize or even offer to make things right. ||I do not believe the positive reviews here and cannot fathom how any respectable person would stay at a “resort” that is a world class dump.||Never again.

Another amazing stay. First off I must admit I was concerned because the hotel is currently going through renovations. But my concerns were not warranted. I did not even notice the renovations were being done. My room was totally quiet. The restaurant was fabulous and I loved having my drinks and lunch by the pool. The staff is fabulous. I would be remiss if I did not thank Jennifer, Chante, Brandon, and Sammy at the front desk for their hospitality. ||||I have to praise the exceptional service provided by all the staff. The personal touches never stop. Like the surprise chocolate chip muffins really shows how the team goes above and beyond Thank you Kristi and Chef Mikey. My recent stay at the Marriott exceeded all expectations, making it a memorable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but genuinely friendly. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. The quality of food was outstanding, reflecting Marriott's commitment to excellence. What truly sets this Marriott apart, however, is the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and courteously. Whether it was reseravtions on the beach or poolside services at the pool their attention to detail was commendable. Overall, my stay at the Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming experience. I look forward to returning soon.

Once again the staff at Marriott Harbor Beach made our anniversary weekend trip memorable! We had amazing over the top service from Bud, Nuno, Lester, Rolph, Emily, & Claudia on the beach and Hananne at the front desk! The Marriott Harbour Beach feels like our home away from home because of the these people that Donelle Zunker has working on her team!
