A very interesting piece of history here. The hospital building was fascinating to walk through. I learned a great deal. I also enjoyed the Prairie du Chien museum. Very well done.

This was an amazing historical museum. It offered a vast knowledge of the history of Prairie du Chein. It offers a gift shop with books and hand made products. Two separate buildings of artifacts that take you back in time. Definitely worth stopping.

Interesting history from settlers time to current history. The older woman at the register was extremely friendly and clearly loves her job! There were even very detailed and old family trees that are updated in the museum. Only downfall was I was hoping the building was original and it most definitely is not. Good one the women who fought to preserve the little left

Unique displays. Artesian water content shown which grew the healthy horses at Villa Louis. Grandma's shell buttons!

It's a nice museum and that has a lot of history to and it's very informational.

It was absolutely awesome the lady there was so amazing ....made our visit even better very knowledgeable...ppl need to visit this sight if u love museums ... heres some teasers
