Forman Mills - Department store in Maple Heights - 5316 Northfield Rd, USA

This is probably one of my favorite stores of all time; Every time I've been there, I've found what I'm looking for, or something super cool and their prices are great. They are also the only store that carries most of my favorite brands and styles (read: stuff I would actually feel awesome wearing in public). If I have one issue, it's that one time, I was unable to find this pair of sweet kicks in my size, but they WERE 30$ less than retail.

Spacious with many items. Clothes, for kids and adults, gift ideas. A little bit of everything. Worth a visit for different finds. I bought a Frozen hat and gloves for a five year old and 18 pack of ladies razors for a great deal. Can't forget to mention Gummi worms. Lol

I love this store! Large quantity of nice clothes for all ages and it's affordable. A week's worth of clothes for 3 kids ran me $300 that's including underwear and socks you can't beat that! This is definitely one of my favorite stores

Very few items for girls last I went but I guess they were still unloading trucks that day. Did find a few nice things and more. So overall I was satisfied. The cashier was lovely.

My experience with the manager, Lateke: My recent encounter at Forman Mills was disheartening. On December 31st, I visited the store, enticed by signs advertising a 50% discount on house shoes. The confusion arose when the staff, grappling with a new system, mistakenly charged my credit card the full price. The situation worsened when, seeking a refund after three days as advised, I encountered the manager, Lateke. Despite evidence of misleading advertising, he dismissed our concerns callously, attributing the mishap to their ill-trained staff and refusing assistance. Lateke's demeanor towards my mother was particularly unpleasant, and he adamantly refused to involve another manager. Only after reaching out to corporate did we manage to rectify the situation, with a begrudging acknowledgment from Lateke. He called us within an hour of the incident stating “I got an email from corporate and you were correct, we can offer you a refund if you bring the items and receipt.” While the refund was eventually processed, the manager's lack of apology and dismissive attitude marred what should have been a straightforward resolution.

Not only does no one answer the phones but what the heck is that 2005 recorded with a Envy 3, potato quality, sir mix a lot hold music they got goin on. It's bah bah bah bah bah beh beh bad. Also you say your hours are until 10pm on Google but your phone number with the great hold music says 8pm. Why won't y'all answer the phone to tell me what the true answer is?

Great discount place to shop for clothing and household goods! I love to buy pictures for my apartment here!

I have been shopping at Forman Mills in NJ for years. We were so happy to find one in Ohio! Loved the huge selection of cheap yet good clothing!
