The food was so spicy and delicious. I ordered the joloff rice a and stew lee veggies and plantains. The downside is i ordered from here a year ago and the portion size have went down yet the prices are higher. Good food either way.
Delicious and such flavorful food. The depth of flavor was amazing. Order a head of time with the food truck. Staff very nice. Vegan options. 100% halal. Got the jollof rice meal and the spinach & kale fufu meal. Plantains were so yummy.
I had 5 small pieces of goat, I also had a problem with the hard carrots I also had a hard piece of plantain . I also bought red snapper it was over cooked and didn’t need red sauce on it. There was to much rice as well for my first time trying out the food. Also, the portion is very small for the money they are requiring for the food. But the food did taste good.
Fork in Nigeria never disappoints whenever they come to Ann Arbor. Yes, it can be slow sometimes but you have to keep in mind that they are handling so many orders in a small space. I usually get the Egusi soup and Fufu meal! I have added meat as well and it was fresh. If you order the oxtail it is expensive and not worth it in my opinion. Customer service has always been good.
My niece spoke so highly of this food truck, I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed! In Nigeria they must feed the entire village with one ox, because I've never seen oxtails cut this thin! The menu advertised 4 oxtails, but I only received 3. The rice was sticky and just did not taste good. I ended throwing the entire meal away. While the tea was pretty good (but also overpriced), it was a complete waste of $40. But the ladies running the food truck at Ferndale Pride were very pleasant.
Some of the BEST food I’ve EVER (had the fufu meal with chicken) the customer service was amazing they were super polite and smiled and was just SO GOOD easily one of my top three food experiences .
Best African food let alone Nigerian food in the area. It's consistent and always hits when I need that taste from the continent.
Really wanted to try Fork in Nigeria for a while, the Food is Amazing, I had the wings, Egusi and Fufu meal.
One thing that TRULY DISAPPOINTED Me was I ordered from Menu sitting outside the Food Truck but Prices are Different when you order, wing dinner $11.50 on sign but $13.50 when you order. I asked the Kind Gentleman if he could change it because that’s false advertisement, he told me he couldn’t I would have to contact the Owner. Working in Customer Service you don’t do that, esp to your Customers, that makes me Leary to come back. Please don’t do this to your customers, my bill was $35.00 and I still tipped. Very disappointed.
The food here is absolutely unmatched. From the flavor to the quality to the service, everything was 10/10. Ali has an ability to treat strangers like family. This restaurant is unreal!! Do yourself a favor and order the Iraqi Kabob, by far the best
