Brittany was amazing she made the leasing process very seamless. The apartment was very clean at initial move in. Neighbors are amazing and welcoming. And it's a quiet neighborhood and great for kids.

Staff is all around terrible, very nit picky, don't do laundry there youll be harassed by management. Will tow cars who live there if not appropriately parked. Find somewhere that actually cares for their residents...

Everything in my situation happened really fast! I applied and a week later got approval and was able to move in the month later. Brittnay was very happy to help and I loved speaking with her about how to start my new living life. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t be more happier!

I have been at this apartment complex a couple of times, mainly the clubhouse with clients of mine who live there. The staff there are very professional and very knowledgeable of their apartment facility. Some of their residents have been renting there for over a decade. My client will be moving out because they are moving to a different state and the staff made the exit transition very clear and they answered every question that my client asked. I felt welcome every time I went to the office and clubhouse. I look forward to returning there. I guess I should mention that their office area and clubhouse are neat, organized, and clean.

I have lived here for seven years. The staff has always been friendly and professional, addressing my concerns in an appropriate time and manner. It is family friendly and pet friendly. I’ve made some great friends here. Staff has been very careful with Covid protections. They care about tenant’s safety. My remodeled studio apartment is just right for me.

I live here and can honestly say that I love it here. Very clean complex. The only problem I have is with the maintenance department here. They take way too long to come out and fix problems you may be having. I put in an order for my bathroom tub and toilet to be fixed. Took over three weeks to get my toilet fixed for the second time, and my tub still isn't fixed yet (and it is now going on over a month now). The ladies at the front office are very nice and courteous. They definitely care about the tenants who live here. The rent is very affordable. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend coming to Forest Ridge Apartments.

The trio working in the office at Forest Ridge could use some cultural competency training and they definitely need to be more knowledgeable of the Fair Housing Act and what it means to violate those laws. I'm just a nice person, otherwise I would elaborate and pursue recompense.
