One of my favorite places to do some conditioning. When the weather is nice I love it here. The steps are wood so they get slippery when wet. That's why I only come here when it's dry for a few days. There are around 210 steps. I usually try to do 10 sets. It's an awesome workout.
I did one flight and I know that I'm out of shape so I'm getting back to it starting today awesome place
Always a great work out, if your lucky you might just make new friends🦌😉 😀
The stairs are great for a workout. The hiking area is right next to it. A couple of different trails. But they do get muddy and slippery when it rains. The park in the top is great for kids to play, picnic, etc. Dog friendly. No pass requirement was posted, I think because it is city land.
Do you like your legs throbbing and burning? Do you enjoy working up an uncomfortable sweat while walking your dog? Do you like looking up and still not seeing an end in site? Well, this is the place for you!
These stairs are amazing for getting your pulse pumping! We live across the street from them, so it’s also very convenient!
The stairs themselves are very nice, but also be sure to explore the abundant trails that are all along Forbes Creek Drive. There are many entrances, including one to the left at the base of the stairs. All of the trails in the woods don’t lead up to one another, so make sure you check out the other entrances along the road. My favorite is the little known waterfall. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
Always looking forward to going there to kick my butt. Those steps are not a joke.
Iâve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Danâs gym at F3!
Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights.
Thereâs even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)
