Central location for the daily commuter whether you are going to school or work, surrounded by a variety of grocery stores, pharmacy's. Lived here for about 3 years pre and post covid with my partner as an undergrad and young professional. The landlord is very attentive and cooperative when we encountered problems. Responds to emails quickly and goes out of his way. Did have a roach problem but the problem only came and went away with the tenant next door. The rooms are sprayed on monthly basis, per request. Tenants are quiet and tend to follow rules. Perfect place for a student while going to school and for a young professional.

Came to see a studio here and keep in mind, these are motel rooms. Manager claimed roach problem was under control, it isn’t. The parking is adequate but not secure. Manager kept talking about “community” but some of the tenets seem to dislike people of color. Super cheap for what’s being offered, perfect for a starter apartment/motel room.

The landlord is a good honest guy that you actually see working. He's straight forward. He's not a slumlord,, & he goes by the book. The rates are the best you'll find in the area. Pros & cons are in the eyes of the beholder. Quiet place, Great when you want to sleep, but if your naturally loud like my partner & myself are, or get in an argument with someone. EVERYBODY in the complex will hear you. Its not a hotel motel holiday inn. Definitely no Hilton. No traffic in & out at all hours. So don't plan to make your home Theres not many kids that are outside daily to create that home environment feeling, but that's my opinion. :-)

I don’t recommend this place to live, everybody smokes, neighbors smoke weed, washing machines don’t work, internet connection is slow, neighbors are loud, ac doesn’t work, theres is roaches, the parking is unsafe, many things don’t work or barely work. The manager is nice and tries to do the right thing. I’m glad I moved out.

Went to view a studio vacancy. The place is very well kept. Parking could be better maintained and possibly secured better. Manager was very sociable, nice, and courteous.

This is a real nice place the manager is cool but when he’s not there certain tenants takes control and they think the own the place everybody is assigned a parking spot but these people take over parking in handicap they have no respect the manager ask that all people come to visit park out front which is a good thing but these people don’t care they think they own the place I come to visit my friend that lives there and follow the rules to bad these people can’t do the same that live there

The tenants are loud and noisy, always Disturbing the peace, the food is scarce!
