I've been coming here for almost a year since I moved back from Carolina Beach and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I can't say enough great things about the management AND the rest of the staff. I've never had a establishment that I've frequented that has always had the most amazing employees from management all the way down. Excellent experience every single time and I'm here anywhere from 10 to 20 times a week so.... 😌
In spite of the fact that this is located in a fairly normal part of Cary, it smells like misery and failure. It is clearly cursed, and you should not go here ever. Repent
The Spanish teller made a very inappropriate I guess was a joke to him? I am in shock! This made me crying to my husband! The man thought I was stealing??? He was VERY aggressive as well. I will NEVER return to THIS food Lion.
Food Lion is a poor people, poor customer service store.

I welcome change from my usual grocery store. The prices are comparable (if sometimes a bit lower) and you can find things here no one else carries - the ONLY place I can find spiced jelly beans during the Easter season.
The shelves are being restocked all the time so it's rare that something I need is not available. The store is clean and well-organized. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
Not the best place to buy fruits and vegetables, meats are often very close to rotting conditions, specially the chicken.
Pay attention to the stuff on sale, THEY ARE ALWAYS CHARGING FULL PRICE, I feel cheated, are they doing this on purposely? why do I have to watch you to make sure you don't over charge me? Why do I have to remind you that an item is on sale? And why do I have to wait until you go back to recheck the price? Ugh.
Their meat smells, there's always one bad breast in the chicken breast package.
Just gross I don't get it. The only thing I like about this place is the yogurt and the almond milk prices.

Pretty well stocked on the items I usually purchase. If you can’t find something the friendly staff are more than happy to help you find it.
As a Turkish person, I should say that you should visit the store if you are interested in Turkish snacks and cuisine! I read a lot of bad review about the owner and I think people misunderstood something. I am glad to visit here and find good stuff!
