Its ok. Some staff are very nice. Used to shop there. Do not feel safe at all in the parking lot of entrances of the store. Police have been there before in the store.
Had to call the police because she kept screaming at me to get out of her spot while parked behind me. I couldn't go forward. The police calmed her down but was surprised that I changed my mind to shop there and left. Stopped going there until the other day. Everything was fine but I still don't feel comfortable going there.
NEVER EVER AGAIN… this location is close to my home so I stop for a few items… it’s HORRENDOUS… a kid at the self checkout wasn’t paying attention & a lady needed help .. he had a jacket on with his hood pulled up so I’m like .. hey dude.. she needs help… he walks over to me… IN MY FACE & lifts his jacket to expose his name & says “what does this say”??? So I said his name… he’s like YEAH… don’t CALL ME DUDE … are YOU EVEN SERIOUS??? his name badge was under his jacket & since when is “dude” something bad??? I will NEVER I repeat NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT UGLY STORE EVER AGAIN… !!!!
Thank you for the opportunity to get ran over in your parking lot due to only allowing your patrons to exit on one side of the building as opposed to exiting anywhere close to my car. Perhaps this is a reactionary measure against the small percentage of disloyal and dishonest patrons without concern or consideration for the large percentage of loyal and honest patrons. Thank you for valuing those that value you!
The people at this Food Lion are terrific. I couldn't reach a container of milk so asked for assistance from one of the store assistants, and he cheerfully helped me. Additionally, at check out, the cashier went out of his way to honor a coupon that wouldn't go through the scanning system. Instead of saying "too bad", he went the extra mile to honor the coupon with pleasure. Great customer service there!!!
Dirty. Carts never available inside the store. Milk frequently out of stock and spilled milk everywhere in the cooler. Cashiers don't know how to checkout orders paid for with Food Lion gift cards. Drive 2 more minutes and go to the Arcadia store.
The handicap parking and parking in general is absolutely the worst! If you are handicapped and have other equipment do not go to this shopping center! I drive a Ford Fusion and a friend had foot surgery and I am handicap as well pulled in the handicap parking no room for me to get out of the car and getting them out with their knee scooter is impossible being there is not enough room between the curb and the car with the drivers side about on the line of the other parking space! I try and avoid this Food Lion at all cost and I will go to another store or Walmart! Really stupid design and a real lack of concern for the safety of handicap people! You had rather see them get injured then to give proper parking!
This place does not sale near fresh produce. I purchased kale greens in a haste without looking at them and the whole punch is unusable. Thought about taking them back but would probably use more in gas than the actual refund amount. I don't like canned veggies due to high sodium intake...but guess that's on the menu tonight.
Between this, the higher food cost in this store and the cashier not greeting, I'll just drive a mile up to Walmart.
Great grocery store next to several banks, fast food, and more. The store has recently been updated with tons of good produce 🥕🥒🥦🌽, meat 🥩🥓🍖, deli, prepared goods, bakery 🥖🥐🍞, and more. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and aisles.
