Food Lion - Grocery store in Winston-Salem - 1415 S Hawthorne Rd, USA

shopping at the store for the past 15 years and for the best week I never found what I need the Shelf always empty or the vegetable in the Shelf not good Quality I finish the church and I walk there the Shelf is empty inside the story was cart everywhere you cannot even walk and the store not clean I am going to take my business elsewhere

This Food Lion is really convenient for me to stop by on my commute. The employees (at least the ones I’ve interacted with) are always friendly and willing to help. They also have great value with their prices. I would like to see a wider organic selection (for example, I didn’t see any organic apples when I was there). But overall they do a great job.

Every time I go by there to make a money order iS always an issue. No one is ever at the counter and also none of the cashier have the decency to call someone to customer service. No education,no respect for the people. My goodness. What is going on here?

I love visiting this Food Lion. It's a short walking distance between the parking lot to the store's entrance, parking is never overcrowded and I find exclusive products at this location. The staff and managers at this location are very polite and treat their customers with dignity and respect. I will always be a repeat customer at this location.

Love the way the staff makes you feel like you have been a part of their family even if it is your first time in the store

The establishment is clean. The prices are more reasonable than other locations. However, as a frequent shopper; the employees personalities are like salt and pepper. The white employees never greet or appear to be friendly. The black employees have a great personality , professional .

I been going to this location for a few yrs now and have enjoyed shopping there however the cashier Kwane has been on his phone on the floor at the register with poor customer service. I didn’t say anything cuz we all have our off days and I worked retail I understand to a degree . Second time another customer asked if there was anyone at the office he mumbled “ not right now” she asked if that’s what he said and ignored her . maybe he needs proper training or not work with people if someone doesn’t know how to work with them .

Terrible customer service. A busy Friday evening. Lines were extremely long only two maybe three registers were open. They were out of a lot of produce which was my initial reason for coming. I waited 7 minutes in line and as I was the 2nd to next person to be rung up. As I started loading my stuff on the belt, the cashier informs me she’s not taking any more customers. I was confused because of how long I waited and there were people waiting behind me as well. The cashier in lane #1 attitude was very rude. She should’ve rung us up regardless being the time we stayed there waiting. After having to wait some more time I’m assuming it was the store manager who opened up another register. First time visiting this store I will not be returning.
