They weren’t stocked very well but I’m sure it’s because there was a small chance for a teeny bit of bad weather that would have impacted people’s ability to get out of the house for at least 6 hours so everyone had to do what a good southerner does and panic shop. All that for rain… pretty cold rain though.
Nice store and they actually have checkout lanes! You’re not being forced to use the self checkout as some stores. This makes it nice for seniors. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store was very clean.
I went in 15 minutes before closing and this older lady named Chrissie started rushing me. As soon as I got to the line she went to grab my things off my cart and even dropped some of my groceries! Then, she almost forgot to scan the eggs and proceeded to have an attitude with me while rushing. I understand you all close at 10pm but we were not the only ones in the store and she was only rushing us!

The cheapest eggs at Food Lion was 4.99. The same as Walmart. This is totally ridiculous store brand eggs $5.00 a dozen and up. One good thing the milk is 88 cents a quarter and $1.29 a gallon. I can drink milk but will starve before I pay $5.00 a dozen for eggs. Gas is down to $3 and below a gallon. Let's start dropping other prices especially Food the staff today was so friendly and courtes met Austin today. I think is a new shift supervisor. What a gentleman very professional and with such a gracious attitude toward customers. He is a well kempt and I must say handsome man. All the staff are very kind and courteous especially Herman and Brian in the meat department. This Food Lion has an exemplary staff throughout. Eggs are 2.98 and up now. 9/7/23 egg prices are now back down. Thank God. Ian is a great Mgr and Chris both very friendly courteous and polite. The staff is so great
I shop Food Lion often, but this was my first time at this location. Very small, older store. Aisles were narrow.
It's a fair priced grocery store. Nice employees.

Their prices are good, even great on Foodlion brands.
