These people are horrible and the wait is long with or with an appointment. It's very hot inside of there, tend to always be crowded too. The drop off service is no better. The site manager has a bad body odor and lack the ability to read the items in from of her (documents provided). And they don't call you the next day as promised. Went there 3 times in a week span to file taxes for 2016 and 2017, yet still only filed 2016 taxes. 2 thumbs down for this tax site.
Great service people are willing to help and do their best to get work done for you. I would recommend this place to any filing taxes or looking for help or referral for any services or anything.
I recommend this organization they very helpful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
On 3/26/22 I came in for 2:00pm appointment at 71 Saint Nicholas Ave location and still had to wait. In addition to that, the young African man that was my tax preparer was EXTREMELY rude! As soon as I got to his desk he kept huffing and puffing and saying how tired he was, caught me at the wrong time, etc. very bad attitude. Then once he got to my W2’s he said oh you have five W2’s and greatly rolled his eyes about it with no shame. I was so uncomfortable and disgusted by his unprofessional behavior I didn’t know what to do but stay glued to my phone! Thankfully the woman that reviewed my taxes was actually PROFESSIONAL! Everyone was except for that one guy! I traveled too far to get such a rude service! I’ve always used food bank for tax preparations and I’ve never encountered such bad attitude from one of the staff before until today!
First time here and all the workers here was so nice and professional, they don't rush you they spend quality time with everyone according to your needs..I was in awe I wasn't expecting this kind of treatment, they need to be recognized for the wonderful time and effort they put in to help you..so if thank you all very much your help is very much appreciated!
I've used them to prepare my taxes for the last 2 years. In general they will get the job done. This was my last year using them but in general I would recommend them for families with children and you do not have a buisness or high income.
Very good helping those people in need, but they shouldn't have the elderly standing on the long lines. There should be a better setup for them to eat and/or pick up food. They could pass out, and get robbed. It isn't a safe place for them.
I always have to pay taxes so there's no way I'm going to pay someone to do it. Free Free Free HOORAY

Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!

One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
