I was looking for a place to fix my grandson's laptop screen before he heads back to college. When I called Fontaine’s, I was greeted by a welcoming voice on the other end. I had never dealt with getting a screen fixed before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or what I needed to do. Ashley, the young lady who helped me, asked for the model number, but I didn’t know how to find it. She kindly suggested that I take a picture of the back of the device and send it to her. Ashley went above and beyond to assist me, showing exceptional customer service skills even though she didn't know if I would actually come in or not. Her willingness to help and her professionalism made me feel confident in my decision. I didn’t want to look any further for help. I highly recommend Fontaine’s computer services. It’s a family-owned business, and you can really feel the love and care they put into their work. Ashley exemplified what it means to be truly customer-centered. Kudos!

I definitely recommend getting your repairs done here at Fontaine’s Computer Services. The staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. They regularly communicated with me about any updates or suggestions for solutions on my devices. Specifically Jean, the computer technician, provided me AMAZING service. He was patient, knowledgeable and fast with the repair turnaround. He also took the time to thoroughly assess my devices to give me a reasonable quote and ensure I get the best results. I wish I would have never brought my computer to them to begin with. I loved my HP but I had a cracked screen and ONLY wanted to get it fixed from that i had so many more problems with my computer after that. They gave me my computer back it started to make a clicking noise and the collaboration was off so I brought it back had to pay for a whole new Harddrive. Then they gave it back the clicking and the collaboration on the computer still wasn’t fixed they had my computer for months had to wipe the hard drive so I lost a lot of data was able to still have some. Then when I would call to check on my computer they wouldn’t answer or would answer and keep telling me someone is going to call me back. I had to go up there to check on my computer. It was a money pit of me just wasting and I was pregnant and just had a baby I had no money that I could expense. Just needed my screen fixed. I finally just got my computer back and it is still doing the same exact thing the screen is lose and coming off and the collaboration on the computer is still messing up. As I’m typing my computer just clicks on whatever. Not to mention that my computer dies faster now like they must’ve just kept it on the charger for hours on end. I’m very dissatisfied and hate that I ever found them. I wish I could just redo everything and just have my cracked screen again. I first brought my computer in February of 2023 and it’s August 2024 and still computer has issues. I just want my computer back before I brought it thinking they could just change my screen. If only I could add a video I would show you how my computer is now.

I came here in late May 2024 as I had experienced a hardware issue. After researching and trying to find a repair company that was within budget, I came across Fontaine's. They were able to repair my Dell Computer & get the job done w/ quality and proficiency communicating every step of the way. Thanks for the swiftness and excellent customer service!! I would highly recommend to anyone seeking affordable and professional service. I would've been able to retrieve my computer sooner; however I was on vacay. All in All 5/5!

Literally the best. I originally took my son’s game to another place that did a horrible job attempting to fix his PS5. They told me I needed to buy another mother board or a new PS5. I took it to Fontaine’s for a second opinion and they were able to fix the PS5 no problem!!!! I ONLY RECOMMEND FONTAINES FOR YOUR COMPUTER AND GAME REPAIRS AND ANY OTHER ELECTRONICS YOU HAVE AS WELL!! My son and I are so happy!!! Thank you Thank you thank you!!!

Guys were awesome they were super knowledgeable! They were able to fix and properly assemble my PC build. They also have some awesome PC Builds already assembled inside . I will defiantly be coming back for any of my future tech needs.

BAD BAD BAD! I took my laptop to Fontaines because my screen had broken and about 3-4 weeks later it blacked out on me, I still had a warranty on them which was good but then this time they took 2-3 months to return my laptop. Once I got it back I seen the screen did not fit my laptop and they just shoved it on there. The work was not good at all, I would not recommend this place to anybody. Maybe they do well on dell laptop or others but do not take it to them for a MacBook!!! I am very unhappy with my MacBook it looks like I bought it at the 99 cent store.

Exceptional service. Did everything they said they would exactly when they said they would have it done. Recommend this local family owned shop. Get your repairs done so much more quickly than big chain stores require.
