Hi, my name is Elsa. I’ve been with the same doctor twice. He is very nice very kind and also the rest of the people around him. They have this love and compassion for all people and also they do things in the unique it way. I love to see them they running around but they know where they going. OK I am very please with them when I came home I didn’t have no pain no game twice so what I’m trying to say is that they know what they doing and I thank God someone knows what to do especially with the older we get the more sick we get and I’m very pleased that they take care of me and also the nurses are excellent too so it’s the doctor but I don’t remember names. I hope they forgive me for that. Thank you so much. You all you are my angels. I don’t know if I explain it right but I had two procedures with them. That’s what I was trying to say they’re both are perfect. I have no problem. If I have another problem, I will go with them again you can You can trust them God bless you all for the job. The staff were very friendly and professional, but it did feel like an assembly line. They put you in your cubicle, draw the curtain while you change, everyone working on you comes to say hi, and then you are in the room for your procedure. Next thing you know you are done and they are making sure you are awake enough to get out of your bed so the next patient can have your place. No real complaints. Just not 5-star because you kinda feel like they want you out of there as fast as they can move you. They called me, emailed me and sent me a letter with my results. Very efficient.

Excellent care at all levels. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. The nurses were friendly and efficient. Anesthesia did a great job as did the surgeon. A well oiled machine! Thank you

Loved my experience. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Doctor had great bedside manners and answered any questions I had as well as informed me what to expect. They were prompt to the minute on the scheduled time of surgery. I would highly recommend!

Thank you. You restored my faith in this procedure after a horrific experience with a provider in the bay area. With a family history, I don't have the luxury of putting the screening off, even though I seriously considered it after the trauma I endured. I tell everyone who is due for their screening to go to you, and will continue to, myself, as prescribed. Excellent care. Wonderful people. 100% recommend.

Overall my experience was very good. My only issue was being rushed out of there so fast after the procedure. I’m a tough person and rarely have issues at procedures, but my friend that brought me was told afterwards to dress me so he starts putting my clothes on me. I told the nurse I couldn’t see out of one eye. She looked at it, said I was ok, and we were told to go ahead and leave. I could barely see or walk, and out the door we went. In comparison with other facilities, they let you recover for a just a bit and offer you something to drink. They also have you stand up so they know you can safely walk out. I’m a little disappointed more care is not in the discharge.

Everyone was so personable and made me feel like I was at home doing this procedure and not in a cold sterile surgical environment. I noticed the team was very cohesive and there was a natural flow to this experience. They really made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much!
