We dined here for my husbands Birthday celebration. We initially started off with a different waiter in which they explain their a team and they all work together, but there was one particular waiter who stood out the most which was the very best in customer service was Zack! He was Amazing!! Very tentative, and knowledgeable.. Thank you so much for such a great experience for our first time.

I came here in the middle of November to surprise and celebrate my parents 33rd anniversary. Upon arriving, we parked via valet services that was very convenient as they are located in the Westin Hotel in Copley Place. That was about $20/$25. There is street parking if you prefer that as well. The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated for the holidays. We entered and was seated by the host right away. Our server Daniel was very kind, friendly and attentive. He made sure we had thee perfect evening. The rest of the staff was very pleasant as well. They were friendly making my parents laugh and we felt cared for and so welcomed. They truly had a great experience and can not wait to re visit. The meats came out in great timing, very tasty and I enjoyed the lamb the most. They surprised us with a dessert and I was so blown because I wasn’t expecting that. I recommend the crème brûlée, the berries were so fresh. I had high expectations and they were definitely met! Management should be very proud for having such a wonderful caring staff. The service was astonishing. Thank you so much for this wonderfully dinner!

I went with my family to celebrate our New years. The restaurant is inside the Westin hotel very beautiful and located very close to Copley station. The place was packed . The staff at the door were very patient and professional in handling the crowd. They were accommodating everyone’s request with a smile. It’s rare to see such professionalism on such a busy day of the year. The restaurant is huge . As we started our dinner our server Ingrid was very helpful and very attentive. She gave us excellent service!! She took great care of our table and helped us navigate through our dinner service. The staff with the meat on skewers were present all the time . We didn’t have to wait long intervals before they hit us again with the meat. We had some dietary restrictions but our server Ingrid accommodated all our needs gracefully with a smile and a touch of friendliness. This was our first time dining there and would definitely go there again!! I highly recommend this place for good food and great service!!

Annie is the best waitress we had a private party she made us feel at home and welcome. She was so tentative. The foood was so yummy. We had so much fun!

Stephanie and Coiah's exceptional service turned a simple birthday dinner into an unforgettable memory.

We came here for my sons 6th birthday and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our server Diana was absolutely amazing. I would say the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. She made sure my son (Jamari) was well taken care of and sang him happy birthday. Also Alex Mateo gave us the best service! We asked him permission to record some videos for memories and he gave us an amazing show slicing the meat. Hands down best dining experience I’ve ever had in 30 years anywhere! The food was outstanding, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing experience! Gabby our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our family was visiting and she had such a nice gesture with us and brought us a special dessert. The food was amazing and all the servers were very friendly. Will definitely be coming back. I give a 10/10 to this place!

Fogo de chão in Copley provided excellent service. The food was exceptional. You will not go hungry. Overall it was a great dining experience. Great service from Melissa, Manny, and chiah.
