1st time here and knew before our food arrived that we wanted to come back tomorrow night for our anniversary dinner. The absolute best and friendliest service we've experienced in a long LONG time. Matt, our server, was absolutely fantastic and as it was relatively quiet (after 8pm) he was able to chat, as was one of his coworkers. It was clear to us that this is a bunch of friendly people who are really good at their jobs and all clearly enjoy working together. The manager/ owner is to be commended for encouraging such a warm friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed it, it was lovely to see. On top of that the food was superb (we had the fresh grouper and rainbow trout; and the Asian sesame glaze is delicious) and just the right size portion to be full but not overfull. Already looking forward to dinner there tomorrow. Absolutely fantastic experience all round. Thank you! EDIT: Went back again this evening for the aforementioned anniversary dinner, and had another superb meal. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar first, and another chat with Matt although it was much much busier tonight. Then on in to dinner, hubby had the salmon and loved it, and I had the country boil with shrimp. Everything we've ordered is just excellent quality, and they make their sauces and cocktail sauce in house and everything is just delicious. Plus more excellent and friendly service! This will definitely be our go-to in North Myrtle from now on. I recommend booking a table in advance on a Saturday night. Matt had recommended we do this when we were there last night and he was right. Busy or slower though, the food and service was to the same high standard. You guys made our anniversary trip very memorable and we very much appreciate it. Thank you

My son & I went yo the Flying Fish for the first time tonight. Our server, Natalie, was wonderful & made great recommendations. I had a platter of fried clams & pan seared scallops & jumbo shrimp. The clams were the best I ever had, and those scallops were perfect! My son had fresh mahi-mahi. He says it was very fresh, right off the boat & delicious. We will definitely be back!

We really like coming here and have been here a handful of times over the last 2 years. It gets busy quickly but the wait for bar seating isn’t usually too bad. We like to go for happy hour and just order off their happy hour menu. Last time we went I got a beer, we split the seafood nachos (my favorite), 2 sushi rolls and I got 6 oysters on the half shell and our bill was $60ish. Service is super fast at the bar seating. Food comes out really fast too We’ve never bought anything from the market to take home and cook but the stuff at the counter looks good.

Absolutely delicious and great service! We were seated right away. My husband and I had the seafood linguine, our son had the shrimp and grits, and our daughter had the kids salmon and fries. They even give you a complimentary cups of mahi mahi dip and crackers. It is delicious as well and you can purchase it for around $10. We will be returning!

Great place for seafood. It's very large, but there's always a crowd because it's so popular. Get there early or prepare to wait. We arrived at 6 pm on a weeknight, and it was 45 minutes before we got our text message. The food is good, but it has a busy and hectic feel. Lots of servers running around, lots of noise, and tables pretty close together. It's a tourist area, so that should be expected.

Get here early before the 'off the beach' crowd shows up. If you wait until 5 pm or later, you'll have a wait. Exceptional food and service (5 stars). This restaurant is managed very well and has an efficient flow to it. The atmosphere (3 stars) is very welcoming, but the restaurant was a little warm, towards the back and there were flys bothering us throughout our meal. We got the tile fish with honey-lime butter topping and cajun popcorn shrimp on top. Sushi was also great. Highly recommend if you like fresh seafood. Best to arrive by 4:30p or so.

We went out to eat for our last full night of vacation and loved it. Shoutout to Brooke for being such an awesome waitress for our group of 10! She was on top of it the whole time and had the best attitude. Everything from the food to the drinks tasted delicious. I had a banana cream martini and it was strong with lots of flavor. For appetizers, I highly recommend the salmon! It’s nice having the option to choose how you want your fresh catch prepared, seasoned, and dressed with sauces, etc. We really enjoyed our experience and will for sure be recommending this restaurant to our friends and family.

Freshest seafood with tasty options beyond the basic fried or broiled. Loved the grouper with garlic parmesan sauce. Salmon good but over cooked, waitress failed to ask how we liked it. Pass on the crab cake spring rolls, the complementary smoked mahi mahi spread much better.
