We wanted to go to the Scarborough Faire Ren Fest and this park is literally across the street from the Fest parking entrance. It is walking distance even for me with a double knee replacement. The park is clean and easy to access. The sites are wide and have all the amenities. The bath house is clean and the showers are spacious. The Staff is friendly and helpful. We did not use the laundry room so I cannot speak to that but based on what I did see, I would expect nothing less that first class. We were so impressed with the park, we rerouted a trip for later this year to stay here over night.

We were so impressed with our visit. What a nice RV park. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The bathhouse was clean and wonderful to have. The RV sites were huge and level. I couldn’t believe how big they were and how easy it was to set up on perfectly level ground. We definitely will be staying there again our next visit to the Renaissance Festival.

We loved our stay at the Flying Dutchman, we moved to the area from West Texas back in Dec of 23 and found this RV resort while we were waiting for the purchase of our new home. The park was always clean and well maintained, and the staff was always very kind, polite, and very communicative any time there would be maintainence going on or if there by chance was an issue. The park is very quiet and definitely family friendly. My four small children loved riding their bikes and going for walks. We would recommend this RV resort to all of our family and friends that would be visiting the area! Thank y’all for always providing a safe and friendly environment for our family

Great location between Dallas-Fort Worth. Large RV park with huge concrete pads and all the amenities (definitely a plus)!! Very well maintained and wonderful staff! I’ve already made reservations to return! One Happy Camper!

Excellent RV Park. Large concrete pads each site with picnic table, water and sewer. Shower rooms spacious and well appointed. Laundry facilities great. Staff was friendly and most helpful, even sent out e notices about weather information. The location just outside Waxahatchie and right across the street from Scarborough Ren Fest was perfect. We weren’t expecting a traffic jam at the interstate junction, but was given a guide for an alternate route. Every thing was new and clean. Gated entry and exit. Will definitely be staying there again.

Management was very friendly and nice. My only issue was the Sewer port is more than half a foot off the ground so smaller trailers will have issues due to no downward slope for draining. Also I wish there was a fire ring for each slip or one large fire pit on the property to sit around at night.

A beautiful new RV resort. Nice spacious spots. If could offer suggestions would be keep grass mowed at spots and especially at dog park. Other than that was great. Would stay again. Very nice, very friendly

Huge back in and pull thru spaces with 50 amp, 30 amp and 20 amp plugs. When I say these spots are huge - I mean it. Parked the 32' RV and would have had plenty of room for 3-4 cars to park on the pad as well. Right across the road from Scarborough Faire - which is a plus for us - but could be a drawback if you're fighting the traffic on Saturday/Sunday of Faire season. No trees or shade. It's a new park and they've planted trees - so in 10 years or so they'll have a little shade, but for right now - there's none. Easy online booking - which is rare for RV parks who, IMHO, typically have the worst websites and booking systems around. Very accommodating for us to be sure that we were parked next to our friends, who we share meals with nightly. They even told us we could pull in in the opposite direction so our doors would face if we had enough power cord. We had limited interaction with staff, but they were very friendly when we did.

Because I'm an Interior Decorator, I appreciate the eclectic decor...It's a mix of 70's vibes with modern details. With all the perfectly imperfectness of this quaint, cozy coffeehouse, the coffee itself, is quite frankly, the BEST in town. I'm sure
