Wow, what a hidden gem! I recently visited Flying Burger and was blown away by the exceptional quality of their burgers. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and creative. The service was top-notch, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a fun and lively vibe. I was impressed by the value for money, too! Flying Burger truly stands out from the usual burger joints. I'll be back for more!
It's hard to describe this place. The food is fine, but the 1lb of shrimp was a lot less than I expected. Technically that's on me but I guess I was expecting more for $25. Catfish sandwich was fine, fries were decent. Nothing was bad enough to make me not want to come back, but nothing was good enough to make me want to come back.
Dining area was an odd cross between old school diner and elementary school cafeteria. Staff was very nice, but a lot weren't doing much while the dining area needed tending to. Tables remained dirty the whole time we sat and ate, and the garbage bins had no trash bags.
Great burgers. Large seating area. TVs to view everywhere. Friendly service. Appears family owned. Has a 5 Guys vibe. Gonna check out the ice cream joint next door after.
A week ago I ordered a fried shrimp poboy. None of the four pieces of shrimp were deveined. Gross. Glad I noticed before eating any. I posted a review with a photo. Saw there was a reply from the owner, and clicked the link to read it. Could not find my review or the reply anywhere today... odd, since other/older negative reviews were still there. Makes me think my review was flagged as somehow inappropriate... though I don't see how when the proof was in the photo.
We were looking for a place in Bossier with hand cut fries and this was the only one we could find. Never been here before. The burger was pretty darn good. Everything was made just the way we asked and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The hand cut fries hit the spot and didn’t disappoint.
I'm big on real food and so far this place has yet to disappoint. I stopped in for lunch one day wondering where the burgers real meat or processed frozen patties. Upon entering the door I noticed fresh ground beef on display. Also the French fries seem to be hand cut real potatoes. Haven't tried seafood yet but the burgers and fries are cooked and seasoned right.
The first time we ate here I had the blackened snapper. It was so delicious!
I have had the fresh meat burgers a few times too. They are really good! I like bacon and grilled onions on mine.
Everyone has always been helpful and it has always been clean.
Flying Burger has something for everyone - fish, chicken, burgers, and seafood. Their seasoned fries and hush puppies are excellent, and it has some of the best fried fish in Bossier. The kids love the chicken strips. While it does have a drive-thru, it is not fast food. It’s recommended to order your food ahead online prior to pickup. The staff are also always friendly - try it out!
