This review is specific to Summer Swim camp. Two summers ago my daughter attended Kinder Camp at YMCA; she loved it. The counselors and directors of that camp were wonderful. So I decided, to send her to swim camp to hone her swimming skills. Unfortunately , I was sorely disappointed. Her swimming abilities have not been accessed and she was placed has a red cap. She was told that she was a good swimmer and when I questioned the camp counselor; I received no response. That is the most concerning issue, you can email or call and you won't get a response. That coupled false advertising earns this camp a one star rating. Also, if you imagine that your child will be playing outside in summer then think again! There is no schedule outdoor time except on special occasions which means field trip to the parking lot. Essentially you are almost paying 4K for indoor arts and crafts! As my daughter says, I really want school to start so we have recess!!!

Not for kids. Kids swim activity is very low. Everything by is more scheduled for adults more than kids. Lap swim for adults is good. Family swim was in small pool. Now after the bait and switch. Family swimming is now in the large pool with water depth of 5 feet. Totally doesn’t make sense. First and last time to sign up for family swimming.

I love the pool. I go a few times a month with my toddler and she loves the pool. It’s clean the lifeguards are really nice. The staff is helping and there’s always someone cleaning the locker rooms.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️: Walkable gym, for $94+$44/mo. (ttl: $138/mo.), for 2 people is a good deal. -1 ⭐️: Communication with gym director re: the gym music The current problem is 1) The music is not great, and 2) the music is ALL MALE. I've had a few conversations with John Jopek, the gym director about it. HIs responses felt dismissive, evasive. Maybe they should assign a volunteer or high school intern to do this . . . crowd source the playlist. Both Spotify AND Pandora make this easy. The streaming services do most of the work for you. There are SO MANY MORE amazing female musicians now compared to the 90s and 2000's. A lot more musicians who are women of color, LGBTQ. Their music should be supported and I think it is a sad missed opportunity that the SAME songs keep getting played over and over and over again, from *all male singers/bands*.

very very disappointed experience in the summer camp !! just the first day, my 5years son already kicked out and they don’t even bother to try to understand and give him more chance. rude and inconsiderate. Although my son has mild autism, he might have some behavior issue, but kicked out just in few hours?? it’s just no passionate and rude to someone try to start new journey new. Btw, he can talk and understand with no problem, just need teacher with a little more patience and willing to work with him. Unfortunately they don’t have anyone can help.

This review is solely based my experience with the most pleasant lady named Elaine at the front desk whom provided a superb customer service when I called for a specific question about camp registration. Instead of directing my call to offices and their answering machines, Elaine empathized and made sure my questions were responded to by handling it like a professional with the most cheerful attitude. Great job Elaine!

Very bad service , I was intersting in this fitness but in my first visit they said that they can’t give me a tour because they have a short stuff, I said okay fine we understand , They give me appointments for a tour in other day , I went there for my tour appointment on the second day and they ask me to wait 1 hour or come back in 1 hour for the tour even though I told them that I couldn't wait because of my work schedule ! They west my time .
