A distance de marche du métro, du Us Open et Citybank stadium. Par-contre les chambres sentent l'humidité, tapis très sales et douillette douteuse. Payé 500$ can pour 2 nuits, trop cher pour la qualité.
Stayed here for about a week to enjoy the area. The price is affordable and worked for me since I wanted to save money for eating and shopping. May not be the place for everyone. It’s older and smells older. The carpet is stained. There’s really no customer service. The water pressure is extremely low. But again, I stayed for the price so I can spend big elsewhere!!
Flushing Hotel is the worst hotel in the world ! I booked a room here online and paid in full , but as I reached in the property they demanding $100 as security deposit, I doesn’t have cash and gave them my credit card but they said the credit card machine is broken so on cash they accept!! They mentioned nothing for the deposit at the time of booking , I got eye surgery and booked room here coz I need rest but they put me wait almost 5 hours on the Loby even they see my condition!!!
I asked the guy in reception let me speak to the boss or manager so I can get my room ! I want to know like if the hotel credit card machine is broken it’s customers fault ??? Why customer wait for your own issues?? I paid in full in advance for the room and still not getting my room ???? Why u harassing the customer who come to your property as a guest ?? That’s the way u treated your guest here ???
I already called the cops on this property to make me harassing here , so be aware if anyone planning to book room here carry cash with u even u paid in full otherwise u r not going to get your room ? They don’t care for nothing ! It’s happened first time in my life ! Never ever gonna come back here and never suggest anyone to come here !
Do Not Stay there! One of their Chinese Housekeepers cleaners Stole an Expensive Leather and Pearl Bracelet from me while cleaning my room. They also broke a pearl hair clip of mine. The Mgr at the front with Black n Gold eyeglasses was Very Rude laughing at me. The woman Jenny was lying saying she didn't know the name of the Mgr. The young Chinese guy at night who stares at his phone constantly was Uncaring. This bracelet cost me 150. 00
And the 109 precinct staff was unaffected to help me and brushed me off saying she needed a Dinner break. I want my Bracelet back. I'm going to get a Lawyer.
Accommodation in NY is really expensive. If you want cheap, like this place, you get what you paid for. I found the rooms clean and basic. It's really just a place to sleep. I wouldn't expect anyone to spend time in the hotel.
Positive: "" Negative: The entrance is unwelcoming, you could hear people yelling and screaming. The bed sheets were worn out and the room had a strange smell to it.
*For clarification I didn't book this hotel my mom did*
This hotel was a disappointment. For the price you pay for a night you could get a decent more cleaner hotel. We were lucky to not come across any bed bugs as some of the people mentioned. However this hotel is being reported to BBB as there are numerous health concerns when staying here. First and foremost there was black mold on the curtains, bathroom and outlet. The carpet has cigarette burns and has not been vacuum. The head boards are filthy and black. Our sheets weren't even changed. There were lashes and hair on the sheet.
Honestly this is a 2.5 to 3 star experience but the value beats everything else. Flushing is good for cuisine and is safe. 30 minutes on the subway to downtown Manhattan. It was reasonably clean but safe which was the best thing. We came for one night so didn’t care for much but would highly recommend this hotel for a value traveler.
We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the staff. If ever back in NYC, we definitely come here again. It's a 45-50 minutes metro ride to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and resta
